Old white lady with the pins in her cap, super rude. Needs to be put in the back or find another job where she doesn’t work with the customers. Even when busy (NOT during rush time) & the customer lets you finish doing what ever little situation you’re doing (mind you - you have no customers in line or even sitting inside the establishment), you don’t just stand & stare at them without saying a word & expect them to read you damn mind, not knowing if you’re done or not. It ain’t cute when your young & sure as hell ain’t cute when you’re an old bag who gets off on treating people disrespectful.

The reason ppl are behind, is today Feb 26 2024, on handling food out if you notice all adolescence males been going to the bathroom and hanging out. And then going and touching your food. HERP

There service is horrible. The got a machine to fill the drinks for them and somehow they become even slower. The price are almost the same as going to a real restaurant and the wait time is worst than going to a real restaurant. Fast food means fast. You can not get anyone to help you and all you get is attitude. Non of the employees wear hair nets of head coverings. If you are a door Dasher or and inside customer you end up waiting 30 minutes for your food. I would really like to talk to the general manager or even the owner about this.
