Meg-A-Latte | Coffee House (The Loft Location)

Grand forks location- First time going to Meg-A-Latte since I was in a rush I used the drive through fast and easy. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and OMG it is so delicious best coffee ever. Definitely recommend trying it out!! Great customer service the girl working the drive through today was super nice.

Bismarck is so lucky to have this place!! I’ve tried a lot of drinks here but the spiced chai (add vanilla)) and a raspberry lime lotus energy drink (add cream) ARE MY FAVS. I’m hooked. 5 stars.

Such a great and delicious new option for Bismarck coffee lovers! Their food, drinks and service are outstanding!

I’m from out of town working in Williston. I travel a lot around the world.
I only get this service in America .
But , I ordered a coffee waited for sometime watching people pay and get off and go. Seems as if you are a local person or in the Kool aid club you are priority over someone who has been waiting.
When asking the question they look at you like deer in the headlights look.

My sandwich wasn't cooked all the way, had to warm it up at home.

Adding on to my pervious review:
They didn’t tell me the difference between a frappe and a smoothie, so I asked why this drink had coffee in it. They made me pay for a second drink instead of fixing it for me. 🙃 this place sucks man. Don’t ever go in the evenings.

Beautiful environment. Got 2 coffee, Latte was good, salted caramel mocha was too sweet. They charged for whip cream, but then forgot to put it on, which I can blame the time of the day since they were super busy. Baristas had a good customer service. Dumped Caramel mocha and bought caramel macchiato which was much better, however still on the sweeter end. Would suggest If coffee isn't drinkable, replace it for no charge but thats just one opinion. Overall would recommend to go check it out. Hopefully will have a better coffee next time.
