Called ordered a pizza repeated the address twice. Then driver contacts me from the wrong address. Finally get my pizza 35 mins after the door dash driver left the store. I called the store for carry out, not door dash

Everything about this place is bad. The delivery drivers are the laziest here. They messed up my order they can’t even read a simple order request. A 2 liter is not a 20 oz and the food was sitting for over 1 hour before I received it the wings were cold and soggy the pizza was cold. Worst pizza place in town!!!!!!!!

I ordered food last week on Saturday for delivery to the hotel the delivery driver was extremely respectful and made sure I had plates and napkins with a handful of seasonings I believe his name was John or Don I cant remember but all in all an amazing experience I definitely recommend to other people to eat here. Papa johns if youre seeing this whoever your driver is in a blue truck deserves a medal for exceptional service

The Dude

Ordered 40 minutes before they closed (have done this before with no issue), it was redirected to door dash, door dash was taking along time so I called to see if they had anything on their end about it and still nothing. So the dude said he would personally deliver it since they had no drivers, which was great. But another 30 minutes had gone by, the door dash finally accepted the order, but the worker is supposed to be delivering it. The dasher gets to the store, lets me know that it was locked. So I check my bank statement to see if I just got robbed 40$ and no pizza, I was refunded, but why say you’re going to do something and then not do it? Also wasting my time and another persons time.👍🏼

it was the worst tasting pizza and wings. I’ve had in a long time actually I don’t know if I’ve ever had that taste this bad taste like the toppings are old for being in the refrigerator too long. Not impressed.

Pathetic! Ordered a large pizza through door dash because they wouldn’t answer their phone ordered a extra best pepperoni, stuffed crust, large pizza and I got a pineapple and ham no stuffed crust pizza so not only can their employees not pay attention to small details that are a part of their job. They refuse to make the customer happy after they botch a $42 meal for one pizza off of an app. Pathetic management pathetic establishment, and I will make sure that everyone in the oilfield that I work with orders from somewhere else. Minimum 20 customers lost. Absurd, treatment, ridiculous service, and poor management

The employees work efficiently, with each one jumping into help one another . Their faces are happy and friendly , even under pressure of rush hour. The lobby and costumers are checked frequently to make sure they have been waited on. I appreciate this business.

I'm just a doordasher but I've been In multiple times to wait over 5 minutes while employees sit on their phones or use the bathroom before even greeting me. Terrible awareness of the customer base standing inside.
