If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered my family's dinner at 4:25 pm for an arrival time at 6:30. I still don't have my food and it's 7:45pm. I called for the 3rd time just to find out the delivery driver got pulled over. Even though I got refunded for my order, I'm not ordering from here again.

Cook is the Manager and he's on the phone, long line of people waiting. Order pizza came back 40 min. Later and it's not in the oven and he's still on the phone? Never again will I buy from them! Price is to high too!

The lady that helped me was very professional. I come in and asked for thin crust pizza witch she told me only come in 14” so I ordered two and waited 15 minutes. I went back inside and looked they were not thin crust I did not have to ask anything she just looked at me said she was super sorry it was her mistake and would fix it with no problem. This is the sign of some that does not point the finger that does her job maybe she made the mistake but owned up to it what a breath of fresh air if she was in Wichita KS I would offer this lady a job. Way to go Papa John’s great experience will be back. Five stars forsure
