OMG this place is goooooood!Went there for lunch but the main door had a sign saying use other door. So I used the other door but it led towards the other end of the restaurant, and being a first-timer, I did not realize it was a seat yourself & order at the counter kind of place. A sign directing customers from the other door might be helpful.After a couple minutes I was directed to the counter. They have both a menu on the wall and paper menus. One of the best places in town. As you can see in my profile, I have tried almost every restaurant in Williston. We finally decided to try Pit 105. Right when you walk in, it is very spacious, clean, cool design and smells wonderful with all the smoked meats oozing out of the kitchen in to the dining area. Such good food and staff is always so friendly. When it's busy it does tend to get pretty smokey so I could see Karen's being upset about that although I enjoy the BBQ scent.Food: 5/5
