THE BEST BRISKET! For my stay in Williston, I discovered Pit 105 and loved it so much I almost ordered everything on the menu. Their loaded potatoes are delicious and HUUUGE, like the size of a baby foot ball. Personally, the hot potato was the best, but the other two options were great, too. They have unique sandwiches too. I couldnt pick a favorite but the "Dallas Dip" and "Back the Blue" are tied at the top. If you have a sweet tooth, I'd definitely try the bread pudding. It tasted like a combination of bread pudding and French toast with ice cream on top. I was never disappointed, it's definitely a gem of Williston.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I drive quite a distance from near the Canadian border to find good places to eat in Williston, ND. My day started with a pit stop at Pit 105, where I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda. It was Hella hot! 76 degrees outside, and she was working vigorously, throwing away garbage at the dumpster. While I was parked, I rolled my window down and stopped to ask her some questions about the business. Amanda was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only did she share her insights about Pit 105, Origin history but she also took my order on the spot without hesitation. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist truly made my day! It's clear that Amanda is dedicated to her job and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting Pit 105.... greater service and delicious BBQ 😋

Lawd, I’m from Tx, this was not bbq, it was burnt season on those ribs, them was not bbq backed beans, they was definitely out the can and warmed up. It was seasoned aluminum. To each its own tho. Ima foodie and I may be tripping, try it urself. I even had to speak to the cashier first. Damn, yall don’t greet in here. Glad my company was paying. I ordered a half slab of ribs so I know they had to could one half off of the whole slab and that was it, they didn’t even cut my ribs individually. But I’m done because I can keep going on and on

I called in my dinner order and it was done in 15 minutes and they called me to let me know it was ready to pick up. I ordered the loaded potato and the brisket platter. The meal was incredible. The brisket was incredible
