THE BEST BRISKET! For my stay in Williston, I discovered Pit 105 and loved it so much I almost ordered everything on the menu. Their loaded potatoes are delicious and HUUUGE, like the size of a baby foot ball. Personally, the hot potato was the best, but the other two options were great, too. They have unique sandwiches too. I drive quite a distance from near the Canadian border to find good places to eat in Williston, ND. My day started with a pit stop at Pit 105, where I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda. It was Hella hot! 76 degrees outside, and she was working vigorously, throwing away garbage at the dumpster.
