The cashier was friendly but perhaps not the best choice for representing the store as they looked like a recovering drug user. The person making the food had no gloves on and was typing on her personal cell in between making food orders. Cell phones are exposed to bathrooms etc and don’t belong in the food making area. The tables have never been clean in the two dozen times I’ve been there. I’ve always needed to clean my own table. My veggie pasta tasted like pepperoni and it did not come the way I ordered it. It had ingredients I specifically asked to not put and I had to pick through it to remove those pieces. The food maker used the restroom and came out drying her hands so I know she did wash her hands. But she went back to her cell phone and making food.

Delivery driver threatened me at my door that I didn’t tip them enough even thought I gave him 8 bucks through DoorDash🤣🤣🤣. So yeah you get one star ⭐️

General manager is extremely rude. Delivery was set to be here at my house 5 minutes away. Not only was it an hour past when the delivery was supposed to arrive but I then drove to the location. They said my food was out for delivery. Drove back home. Delivery was dropped at wrong location.
Manager said they could make my food again but that I would have to come pick it up and refused to provide any refund or discount. The store refuses to answer their phone at any time. The worst customer service I’ve received from any resturant in williston.
I have been in management for 15 years and have never met anyone so snotty, rude or careless as the GM that runs this location.
