Not only did I have to wait an hour and a half for my order but didn’t even get what I ordered, instead got a pizza with the 2 things I’m deathly allergic to on it. Do better

Ordered my fiancé pizza two hours ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. Phone is disconnected also When I click the option to speak to somebody at the store!! I’m all the way in Texas and he’s working there. 😡
Waste of $50 and I can’t even speak to anybody to figure out what happened.

People dont know how to answer the phone or put it back on the connection so people can call. Trying to contact over my order of food I paid for and cant talk to a real human to get some help.... So irritation I spend this money and cant even talk to someone to help fix my order.... -10 review for sure. Probably not even going to get my food now that I paid for... or if I do it going to be cold for sure...

The cashier was friendly but perhaps not the best choice for representing the store as they looked like a recovering drug user. The person making the food had no gloves on and was typing on her personal cell in between making food orders. Cell phones are exposed to bathrooms etc and don’t belong in the food making area. The tables have never been clean in the two dozen times I’ve been there. I’ve always needed to clean my own table. My veggie pasta tasted like pepperoni and it did not come the way I ordered it. It had ingredients I specifically asked to not put and I had to pick through it to remove those pieces. The food maker used the restroom and came out drying her hands so I know she did wash her hands. But she went back to her cell phone and making food.
