Food is always good but I watched a lady scroll on her phone for 10 minutes and then proceed to touch food with no gloves.. I then noticed no one was wearing gloves. Just a little unsanitary they also all look a hot mess ..

I’m sorry but my order was wrong, the drink was forgot. I tried contacting the store phone but their customer service is someplace else. I left a good tip i just wanted the refund on the drink.

My order didn't show up until almost 11:30pm, almost 40 mins after it said it was out for delivery. Large pizza was cut horrible and cold. I ordered 16 wings that did not arrive, instead it was a donut bites for someone else, their receipt was in the bag. Can't even call about it because they took so long to deliver the store is closed now. Wasted $40 on this.

Worst customer service we have ever received. There oven broke so instead of coming out to tell us we just got cold pizza, table next to us got doughy pizza and after waiting for over an hour and we received it cold we thought we would say something and the manager really didn’t have much to say. We thought dining in we would get hot fresh pizza but got the complete opposite we will never be returning

Had pizza delivered to a person other than myself. The delivery driver called me to confirm the address and delivery time. When he got to the address no one was there. The delivery driver called me to see what I wanted him to do. I very much appreciated that he gave me time to try to reach the recipient, and didn't just leave. Came to Williston for a basketball game, ordered pizza before leaving town. It was was the best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had since the 90’s. I’m fussy with my pizza and this was at the top!
Walked in on Sunday at 7:15 pm people eating in booths, pizzas coming out of the ovens and the manager goes we are closed and was asked to leave!

Ordered medium pizza wings and 2 liter of pop, said it would be 25-30 minutes. Took an hour for food delivery, pizza was cold, wings were cold and driver said they were out of 2 liters she would bring refund. Going on hour and a half no refund and not expecting it either. This Pizza Hut is the worst I have ever experienced won’t get my business ever again!!!!
