They were so awful I wasn’t allowed to order because they were doing a catering job, idk if they were lying but they said they had a horrible day and couldn’t accommodate us for our order

Don't usually post negative reviews, but I am tired of the quality of food and service lately. Last 3 times they have been out of at least one item I wanted on my burrito at noon. After my food was started it took 10 minutes before I got to pay so food was half cold by the time I sat down to eat. Seems like management is either oblivious of what is going on in the front or just don't care about the frustrated customers waiting because they needed help on the line, especially on the lunch rush.

I'm torn. This was my first time having Qdoba. The bowl looked beautiful and everything was fresh. I got ample servings of everything.... except the item I paid 3.50 extra to have more of. At first I had to check my receipt. I thought maybe I forgot to order extra chicken because as you can see from my picture there is no chicken in sight. I had to hunt and peck for it.

I went to Qdoba for the 1st time today. It was amazing! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The service was even better. Ryan was especially friendly and enthusiastic. I highly recommend eating here!

I rarely make any Google reviews, but definitely needed to this week. My experience at this Qdoba in Williston has been amazing! They are super busy at lunch, no doubt about it! So make sure you give yourself plenty of time. But the food was good and the service was phenomenal! The lady at the cash register (her name is Tonya) is incredibly welcoming and talks to me like we have known each other for years. She calls every sweetie. ❤️ What a refreshing interaction! She should be a manager if she isn't already. And she should be training everyone on customer service and having a great attitude. What a gem! I will definitely return just for her smile and conversation.

Usually really good today 05/09/25 the rice was raw and crunchy or just mush
I used to eat here 2 times a day but lately they have been burning or not cleaning the grill properly and bunch of black stuff is all over the chicken and steak totally disappointing had to start eating elsewhere

The staff working this evening 4/17/25 was amazing!!! The young men were so pleasant and had extremely polite mannerisms! Not only that the food was excellent!! Highly recommend!

There is a new person on the line and you could tell he was struggling big time. The lady at the register was so sweet. She corrected him and went over and remade my food. She didn’t have to she went above and beyond. She is a nice older lady that uses the phrases like sweetie. I think anybody that goes there will recognize who I speak of. Tip them well. There is another lady I believe named cc. She is an awesome roller and very fast. She’s also a strong leader. Good people
