Bought a beer here while sitting at the bar, tipped a $1. Looked at the charge the next day and the bartender had added another $1. Not a big enough deal to do a chargeback, but it is annoying. The small female bartender

Tried to get a soda and fries at the bar where I could sit and relax. Bartender sent me to the snack section. When I asked if they had seats she told me there were lots of seats out there.Gal at the kitchen side was nice. The gal at the bar was far from it. Not at all busy.

The cook is lazy abd flat out is refusing to take orders says he is to busy. They should replace him as a cook he is not a good worker at all!!!!!!!!!! Instead of working he’s watching someone play games. He’s still refusing orders and limping all over the airport.

For are little local airport it’s a nice place to have. The font counter person who made my drinks was nice and thoughtful. The bar was a wonderful touch even thought I don’t drink. Food came out in smaller portions then I would hope

Purchased a large fries and received a small portion size. About $9, I should have got a bag of chips and probably would have used the same amount of potato

Having had breakfast sandwich here on 3 different occasions and being very good. One lunch cold sandwich was ok, thought nothing of ordering a Philly Cheesesteak sammie with fries. Can't say if it was good or not! Ordered 40 minutes prior to departure. One of the first orders in line. The girl didn't even know they had a Philly Cheesesteak on the menu or what it was. Ok, no big deal new help I thought. Well, watched everyone who ordered after me get their food. Thought well I will go see what happened as it was 15 minutes prior to boarding and I board in pre-board group because I fly every other week up there. She is working on some condiments and says she will check but acts like a dingbat talking to the condiments and keeps working on them for several minutes. Finally goes to the kitchen and checks and says they are working on it. I walk off and then think about trying to eat fries and a messy sammie in a small CRJ. I walk back over and tell her I want a refund. She acts like she is doing my refund and says, 'oh you got drinks too?' Yes I did. Refund the sandwich please. And she taps around on the register and says, "I have to go back and see." Comes back and says, "your order will be ready in 10 minutes." Me, 'Excuse me I ordered 40 minutes ago, they are boarding in 10 minutes!?' She says, "Oh it is?" Well they have a big sign over by the jetway and announced, but she was in another world. I told her, 'I don't want to eat on the plane, it is messy.' She said, "Well it will be ready in 10 minutes" and walks off! I did not get anything before I was boarding and the umm.... a i r h e a d that took my order got an 18% tip for that crappy service as you pay before! Even if I had gotten it, as I said, not eating a messy meal on a CRJ, especially when I ordered it 40 minutes prior to boarding!!! They will never get another order from me. And on the rare occasion I am in Minot when our plane gets re-routed I won't be eating there either. Michael Reilly, owner of Oakwells, hope you see this so you know the crappy service customers get in Williston. Buyers beware, as one other person said about their wings, eat in town! $32.50 for nothing. I am on expenses but certainly don't expect a client to pay for this and won't be billing them for it!

Bartenders are usually good. However, if you can eat in town prior to flying as opposed to eating here, by all means do it.

I’m a connoisseur of wings wherever I travel…..a Brewery in Bend, OR have been the best I’ve ever had. I always ask, are the wings baked or deep fried?….and always ask for xtra crispy. Bartender answered….deep fried. My wings arrived within 5 mins of my order which shocked me. I bit into the first wing and it was refrigerator level cold at the bone. I spat it into a napkin, literally disgusted I declined any re-orders from this kitchen and bought a cold turkey sandwich at concession.
Once bitten, twice shy. I will never order food here again. Disgusted.

26-FEB—2023, 1027 am, plane begins boarding at 11:05. Refused to make a hamburger for me. They said my plane will be boarding in 10 minutes and I said I had 38 minutes. She then ignored me. Place has gone downhill significantly in the past nine months. I fly approximately once a week for work. This is 4th time in a row in the past two months where I could not have any hot food from this place. How do you possibly stay in business this airport is not that busy.

I had the Steak burger today and it was amazing! My coworkers also ordered the burger after seeing how delicious mine looked! I would highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat while waiting for your flight to take off or when you land here in Williston. I believe you can even order to go and take your food on the plane with you. Thanks for a great lunch! I will definitely order again!! :)
