I usually love my go-to drink from Starbucks—a Venti Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with vanilla cold foam, cinnamon on top, and an extra shot—but today’s experience at this location was really disappointing. The drink tasted awful, and they completely missed the cinnamon. I watched the barista making drinks and it was obvious he was just throwing things together without care.
I didn’t say anything in the moment because both workers seemed checked out and uninterested in being there. My son’s drink was also poorly made—he asked for extra caramel and got so much it was undrinkable. We ended up wasting our money on drinks we couldn’t even finish.
We’ve had this drink many times and never had an issue, but after today, we’ll be driving a bit further to the Albertsons location instead. Disappointed in the quality and service this time around.

Love the girls here, always so sweet and efficient when I come to order. Love that I could have a drink while shopping. Went to the new Starbucks and it wasn’t the same! The girls here always know me when I come in to order and always make my drink the way I like it! *I noticed some of the reviews on this location are for the location by Walmart, this location doesn’t have a drive through. This location is in Albertsons!

I had probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in Williston, ND at this Albertsons!
I was assisted by a young woman named Samantha and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my groceries.
I have been loyal to Albertsons for many years and this experience has just reminded me of why I keep coming back.

Waited over 20 min for our order inside before some took over to help the person making our order. The one drink the person made is gross. He may need more training

Ordered: Turkey provolone & pesto sandwich
They gave me, what I can only describe as, an original turkey sandwich preserved from 1812. It was so dry it coughed dust on me when I opened the bag. If you’re looking for a chipped tooth and dry turkey, Williston Starbucks would be the perfect spot. For now on, I will stick to Minot or any of the independent coffee shops in town. Atmosphere was also very poor, customer service included. Pesto and cheese were good, that’s about all. This was also shortly after noon, with two customers inside, and a few cars, so it’s not like they were busy and closing and couldn’t make a decent sandwich.

When you pay $9 dollars for a coffee that doesn't even look like the picture depicted on the menu and its iced, but the ice melted before they hand it to you, um no ma'am that's not what I ordered ? to make thing's worse it took probably 10 minutes with only two customers on the floor 1 car in the drive-thru and 3 employees and a manager doing the work Probably the dirtiest floor I've ever seen in a Starbucks seating lounge smh!
