I had probably the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in Williston, ND at this Albertsons! I was assisted by a young woman named Samantha and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my groceries. I have been loyal to Albertsons for many years and this experience has just reminded me of why I keep coming back. Thank you Samantha for your time, patience and outstanding communication.

Ordered: Turkey provolone & pesto sandwich

They gave me, what I can only describe as, an original turkey sandwich preserved from 1812. It was so dry it coughed dust on me when I opened the bag. If you’re looking for a chipped tooth and dry turkey, Williston Starbucks would be the perfect spot. For now on, I will stick to Minot or any of the independent coffee shops in town. Atmosphere was also very poor, customer service included. Pesto and cheese were good, that’s about all. This was also shortly after noon, with two customers inside, and a few cars, so it’s not like they were busy and closing and couldn’t make a decent sandwich.

When you pay $9 dollars for a coffee that doesn't even look like the picture depicted on the menu and its iced, but the ice melted before they hand it to you, um no ma'am that's not what I ordered ? to make thing's worse it took probably 10 minutes with only two customers on the floor 1 car in the drive-thru and 3 employees and a manager doing the work

This Starbucks is too slow to make a drink and the employee doesn't want to work I saw them stand around and do most of talking to co-workers with out do the work the order keep back up after other and every day I have to wait from 15 to 25 to get my green tea frap and I kept told them that I need to go work I just can't wait anymore, but one of the lady said do you want the money back so that means they doesn't want to make my drink that was made me more mad.This system of Starbucks is not working well And the employee is so rude.

Absolutely inappropriate behavior from Allegra. She needs to be fired immediately. I came into the store for a fork and she decided to be condescending to me telling me to eat my food barehanded! After thanking another employee for assisting me. She got an attitude and FOLLOWED me to my car to YELL at me through a closed window frightening the customers next to me. Every customer around me thought her behavior was uncalled for and unacceptable. She said I was only complaining because of her skin color when I myself am FILIPINO! Never going to this location ever again. I wouldn’t recommend this store to any person in Williston.

Horrible service everytime. drink is always messed up. Today I was the only customer. Waited for 10 minutes to get my order taken and when she came over she just stood there and didn’t say hello, or anything. When there is a line you will wait 20-30 min for a simple coffee. Ridiculous.

One of those days where you need a late coffee. Googled the hours and went online to Starbucks site to see they close at 8 CST. No one waiting for a drink just two ladies placing an order. The barista leans over and says, “I can only take their order, they are the last customers.” I was so confused and said “oh is something wrong”. He said “no we close at 7:00.” I look down at my phone and it’s 6:55. I get it that’s cutting it close to 7. I said “ can you please make one more drink, PLEASE”. He said, “no, that would be after 7:00”. I cannot express how much I needed that drink and my facial expression showed it. The ladies in front of me were so uncomfortable with the awkwardness of the calm conversation.It was at that moment, I just turned and walked away.Now I don’t know Starbucks rules with times and such, however if you have one person in line, make the drink. It never hurts to go above and beyond. I won’t return to Starbucks. I’ve always applauded the customer service but this was the opposite I was humbled to walk away and explain to my daughter exactly how NOT to treat people.
