This is the worst subway I have ever been to. It is dirty inside and the service is terrible. The guy that helped us was nice, but messed up our order twice and then ended up charging us for the wrong thing. They need some help at this store.

If you dont know how to make a sandwich... DON'T GET BEHIND THE COUNTER.And if you dont know how to talk to people and really dont wanna come to work...DONT COME TO WORK.A cold cut sandwich has its own meats for it. SmhAnd if you know someone is new...Help them care for your customers.And dont shut the place down and turn the lights off WAYYYY before closing.That just makes it uncomfortable to ask for your services.

The gal is a very rude person and she refused service to gentleman before us, no customer service whatsoever.we were asked to get out of the store to make an online order.

I've been to this place twice to try to order Steak and Cheese in 6 years and don't like my sub toasted and they insisted it had to be toasted, so I just walked out and will never go back, all the other Subways seem to not have a problem with not toasting my sub.

The staff at this location seem to be more on top of things than the other location in town. They do a good job.However, you still have to deal with the app, which has been a fountain of problems. Whether it be requiring orders to add sandwiches that don't exist in order to use an advertised deal, or not being able to process gift card payments, or even lying to customers about the readiness of their orders while also not providing their own staff with the order information, the app seems to be the origin of most issues.

He didn't change his gloves thru 3 people that I seen and was in the back twice grabbing supplies during that time. Flies were everywhere. He had no idea what he was doing and asked me how to make a protein bowl since he never has and was the only person working. I could of overlooked the 30 minute wait simply because he was the only one working even though I was only 3rd in line but he was not trained at all and at no time should of been left to work alone especially with the extreme disregard of basic sanitation procedures. I went out and threw away my food to not cause a scene in the store. Owners should be ashamed and closed until such a time to be adequately staffed. Would of been much better to see you were closed and just grabbed something in the c-store vs going thru that experience.

About as good as any Subway. It's never gonna be Jersey Mike's for instance. Also, the hours are just wrong on Google. A few times I've rolled up at 9:30-10:00pm because I'm d**** (It says they're open till 11:00)

Horrible and unacceptable customer service. The employee had a very nasty attitude as though she didn't want to be there. She threw my order on the floor twice while attempting to make it, slaming toaster oven doors, and then went to grab a broom and dust pan to clean up her mess, went back to making sandwiches and didn't even change her gloves

Good place for good sandwiches! Did you know that if you ask them to they can wrap your foot long as 2 separate sandwiches?!?

I walked up to the counter. Saw that the employees were busy. So I waited 5 minutes. No one came to help me or even acknowledged that I was there. Employees knew I was there. I was standing right in front of them. I've worked in the food industry for years, I know how things are, I would've at least greeted my customer.
