Could have eaten a 3 course meal at a fancy restaurant in the time it took to get through the drive thru
The staff is non responsive. I stood at the counter for five minutes without anyone speaking to me. Several employees looked at me, and it would have been a simple thing to at least acknowledge my presence. I finally gave up and used the kiosk which I absolutely hate. This will be my last visit to this store for a long time.

Taco Bell in general is never going to get it together. Specials, limited items, they never have any of it at any of them
They were rude and lazy honestly and talked way to much to themselves in the back about customers and were late opening and this town is like 200 strong but they were out of some of the deserts I was mad I had stopped also they kept making me use a kiosk which touch didn’t work right got my order wrong twice they were to lazy to take my order at the counter

Stale food. Service takes forever. Have been told twice that I would have to wait an hour to get my food even though there weren't any people in line before me. There was a bus that pulled in before I got there and the choice my staff was to turn customers away instead of having the bus wait for their food. I suggested they do just that, and they did. I got my food and it was decent.
Went back a few days later and was told again there would be wait time. I ordered anyway and there was not a wait time. I did not get the food I ordered though. When I got home, I realized that everything i asked to not have chicken on it, had chicken in it. Unbelievable. Im giving 3 stars because in the beginning the food was great and the service was great. The staff is always nice but there is one guy who works there who has brought the quality and service down tremendously. I hope they make a change and get back to what it was in the beginning. I was so excited when I heard Taco Bell was coming to Williston. I don't go to Taco Bell anymore. I love Taco Bell. That should tell you all you need to know. One bad staff member can ruin the entire restaurant. That is what has happened in this case.

This location is really nasty and the employees do not care how they make your food and 9 times out of ten your not getting what you asked or paid for smh a waste fast food

service is awful, waited in line for 45+ minutes just to be told at the menu board that they can’t take orders cause the “wifi is down”. didn’t have anyone come outside to tell the 10+ plus cars that they actually can’t take any orders

Here on Saturday afternoon waiting over 25 minutes on my order while the manager does nothing to help expedite the orders with several people standing around waiting. It was busy but not the busiest I’ve seen it. Atleast 8+ workers. 5 look clueless puttering around their work station. More worried about clocking out for a break. worst Taco Bell ever

Never felt so ripped off when i ordered the 2 chicken chalupas. I thought they forgot to give me my second one. I opened the wrapper and both of them were in there. The picture of was huge and they totally mislead you. They are SO SMALL a child would complain. And they cost $5.99. COMPLETE RIPOFF AND VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Shame on Taco Bell!!

This has to be the dirtiest taco bell I have even been to. There are 10 employees and nothing is cleaned. All tables and floors are dirty and I am the only customer inside the lobby writing this.

I ordered a meal. And was told they didnt have carbonation and didnt want to exhange it with a different drink. I had to pay extra for a different drink.
Everytime I order Nacho Cheese its always like 1/4 filled. Why?
Have gone home without hot sauce multiple times because I took their word for it.
Learned the hard way. Have to hold off the line to make sure I got everything.

Had an hour lunch break, got in the drive thru line at 12:10 and did not get my food in my hands until 12:58. I don't know who manages the place or what the deal was but definitely was not happy with the service.
