Hon3stly, I didn't know exactly what I was getting but it all looked good so I tried a bunch of things. All were amazing and the staff was super helpful. I don't think there's any bad food in here at all.

Amazing pastries here! I normally never try anything new, this bakery has been here right across from my workplace for months and I have always wanted to try it but would get nervous. I randomly decided to pay a visit and right when you walk into the door it smells amazing! Wide beautiful variety of pastries. NOT to mention but being on a tight budget with also being able to afford the pastries here is a blessing. Extremely cheap pastries that taste so delectable. Super sweet lady at the counter, she was really kind especially when I informed here it was my first visit. I am definitely coming back for more. Why spend like 10 bucks on some cheap starbucks croissant when Galvans has a giant one for like 3 dollars? Thank goodness I found this place.

What a great addition to Williston. Stopped in for the first time today. The smell upon entering was mouth watering. There was a great selection of pastries and sweet breads and bread pudding had just come out of the oven. And the prices are very affordable . If you haven't stopped in, yet...What are you waiting for?
