Anytime we’ve been to sports den in the past has been great but the new bearded bartender had offered the worse service I have ever seen. It felt like he was intentionally terrible. Asked to start a tab, immediately was charged without signing any slip. Asked for refills and dips which was never received and ignored the whole time. Multiple other people at the bar were complaining.

Wow!! So tonight the bartender in a Dallas cowboys jersey cant make a drink even if you asked for ice water! They free pour and are very stingy with their alchohol. We ordered long Island ice tea (2) it was all sweet n sour he sprinkled the alchol like it was salt n pepper. NO training what so ever For 2 drinks it was 19.00.. my husband brought them back and said these are not worth 19.00 he did NOTHING but argue with me. He was RUDE and I promise as a trained bartender/ mixoligest I'll never give that bar another dollar . MY ADVICE to you the public..Go somewhere else for a proper cocktail. You will be wasting your money if this guy makes your drinks ..dang..these days they will hire just anyone over 21 to pore drinks . That's not good business 😕 Not smart on either side .

WOW!!!!....Just let me start off with that...ordered two long island ice teas for my self and the wife to drink while playing a game of pool. Sadly it was pretty much just lemonade and soda.the bearded man behind the bar can't make a drink or doesn't know how...couldn't even drink it cuz it was so sour..asked the bartender for our money back and were told we got what we ordered...We did not drink but one sip and he would not give us a refund at all!! Stay away on a Sunday!! Basically the man just wanted to argue with us...

Faith turned a typical night out into a night we’ll never forget! Her charisma and bubbly personality made us feel welcome and excited to be there! 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be coming back :)
If you want to wait an hour for a drink and love feeling like a sardine while you shoot darts this is definitely your place!

working for this place was a joke I got worked 5pm till 10pm after I was hired and told from 3pm till10pm it really put my family in a bind also in 3 days my schedule changed 4x. there is no stability I only missed one day of work and she told me because of what staff said about me she don't feel it's a good fit I asked politely why she was firing me and she told me I need to think about it. if your not leashias quiet slave she is 2 faced and Brad just sits there and does nothing but bowl. not to mention the staff will tell u not to listen to the one who runs the kitchen because he's wrong well he's the owners kid. oh boy and the 3rd day I worked her daughter was put in the kitchen to help and all you heard was the f work and tasha fighting over who's better they are well into 20s 30s. I couldn't even do my job because of all the fighting. the kicker is the No training your expected to figure it out and talked down to when u ask questions. the family wouldn't have that place had it not been for a family friend of mine. no one would approve them for a loan. this place is a disaster. your fish is cooked in ur fries that are used for all the food there is no separation.
