Placed a 100$ order 3 hours before pick up. Which was not ready when I got there. So waited another hour and it still was not ready. Then was told they refused to refund me my money and was physically assaulted. I have video of incident. This was done at the Ainsworth, Nebraska store on Halloween night.

Absolutely terrible experience. Waited an additional half hour for my food which should’ve been ready when I arrived…not to mention I stood there for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The card reader was down and they weren’t able to provide me with a receipt which was very frustrating. Someone in front of me asked for more Buffalo sauce on their pizza, and they were rude to her and wouldn’t accommodate her simple request. I had asked for extra sauce on my pizza, and it was dry as the Sahara. Will not be back.

We grabbed a carry out pizza here on our way through on a road trip - best Pizza Hut pizza we’ve had in years! The quality at our local Pizza Hut’s have gone way down lately, but this pizza was cooked perfectly with a thick crispy crust and great quality toppings. The service was quick and polite.

So the good news is that this is probably the best restaurant in town. (Of three). It’s a Pizza Hut. You get exactly that. But beyond that it is a bit messed up. Waited to be seated with many going by for takeout. Waited twenty minutes after I was finally seated and then finally just placed a to go order and ate in the restaurant

If I could give less than 1 star I could. The last 3 times my boyfriend and I have eaten here, one or both of us have gotten sick. There was rotten cheese and the dough was either old or over proofed. I used to work there so I would know. The new rgm was very cold to me today when we got food as well. Service was snappy, however I wish she'd been a bit kinder. The other day I wanted to cancel an order and the person who I was talking to was very reluctant to because it was already made. I explained I couldn't afford it at the time and she seemed very judge mental. Pizza Hut has gone downhill and something needs fixed.

I ordered a large pizza that was quite small to be considered a large, that I paid nearly $30 for. Smallest large pizza I've ever seen, smaller than most mediums. I'll never be a Pizza Hut customer again. What a ripoff.

Ugh I'm so tired of Ainsworth Pizza Hut being a joke. A few years ago it was always good food with great, reliable service. I just think well, I'll try one more time - how bad can it be? Well this might finally be the last time. I went to pick up my carry out and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my existence. There was no one else waiting and there were 2 guys making pizzas. Both looked at me several times but didn't say anything so I assumed someone else was supposed to be helping me, but they were busy or something. But no, eventually one of the guys came to get me my order. How about a "we'll be right with you", or "wait a moment please"? Nothing.When I got home to eat my food, there was not one single piece of chicken in my chicken Alfredo pasta. The cheese sticks were doughy or soggy or something - I'm not sure if they weren't fully cooked or if they had somehow gotten moist on the bottom. Not good. Possibly my worst experience with Pizza Hut yet and I've had plenty.

Tried to use my points last night. My husband got there to pick up our food and we were told we couldn’t use our points due to prior issue and we couldn’t have our food. Points still haven’t been refunded.

Placed an order online only to find out that the place is closed. The hours online do not match the hours pizza hut is actually open. The app also wasn't updated to say they were closed until the order was place and we drove to pick it up. Please fix the hours and put a notice or something if you cannot be open due to short staff or some reason. Very annoying.

Never seen it before but there was a woman outside in a pizza costume blaring rock music and selling curbside pizza. Definitely a ? idea. Inside staff was warm and accommodating to a person from out of state just passing through.
