Had never eaten is a Runza before. We were pleasantly surprised. We tried the Runza sandwiches, and found the to be quite good. Service was very fast and the restaurant was quite clean.

Runza is delicious, the franchise isn't a 5 star yuppie diner, but it's great for what it is. Perhaps a little over-priced but good food, quality friendly service generally.

The bill was around $65. We left a $10 cash tip so we wrote a line through the tip line on the receipt. Our bank statement shows a transaction around $90. Manager states since our signature is on the receipt, there is nothing they can do. Subpar waitress walked away with a 50% tip.

Called ahead to see if there was a salad bar (short on time) and employee said there was. Arrived and no salad bar….server said you could just order salad and they would prepare. Ordered two salads with grilled chicken and an 8 piece boneless wings. 45 minutes later, all other tables served (those that arrived after). Manager type approaches table to see if we need anything. He goes to check on order only to say the server “forgot to turn the order in”. Only 3 other tables with people there.
