We came in tired from driving and hungry. The staff was immediately attentive and polite. Greeted us answered our questions and were wonderful. The food came out faster then expected and was great, hot fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were very clean and inviting. Overall great place.

Listen, for the newbies who have never experienced Alliance's DQ, it's not the same as other DQ chains. It's better! They haven't given in to the garbage fast chain food. They continue to use high-quality burgers and other awesome sides (highly recommend the cheese sticks). They serve DQ ice cream which is consistent with other chains. It may be pricier than your usual DQ in another place, but that's because this little mom n pop and trying to continue to provide quality americana food, which is hard in this world that tries to over charge the little guys and push them out of business. Show some love to them and your taste buds by stopping in. Know that your $$ are going to be reinvested in a small community.
Parking: Plenty of parking available, nice thing about a small town is you can park dang near anywhere and no one is going to tow you unless you're blocking a drive or hydrant.
Kid-friendliness: They have a great patio space with games for kids!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level and no stairs, however the bathroom is small for wheelchair access.

I admit,5 stars is extravagant for me, but all I got was the chocolate dipped soft vanilla ice cream cone! I love soft ice cream and this beats McDonalds and Burger King's vanilla ice cream cones. Throw chocolate on top and ergo the 5 stars!! PLUS it was hand delivered to me by the order taker!! Great service for a great product!! Wish they had a Dairy Queen in Vero!!

Going from carhenge to chimney rock, great pit stop. Food was very fresh, you could tell it wasn’t just sitting in a warmer. Only downside is they don’t take deals from the app, but I’d take the freshness over the deals any day. They’ve also got games and stuff inside for families.
Just yesterday me and my friend were getting some ice cream cones.. I ordered a medium size vanilla with sprinkles on it.. and my friend ordered medium twist cone.. what do we get ? I get medium vanilla cone but they didn't put the sprinkles on the cone.. Instead they give me a cup of sprinkles to put on myself.. you realize how difficult that is when your in the car in the drive through without making a mess ? My friend had just received a small size twist cone and then told them he ordered a medium .. so they fixed the size for my friend. And gave another twist cone. This was not good service at all in any regards.. I have went to get sprinkled ice cream cones many times before and it was just wonderful without a problem. up until yesterday. Do better.. I was really upset
