I was the 3rd car back. I only ordered ice cream and pup cups. Due to the order of the first car, an employee came out the back, brought me my order and took my card for payment. No wait required. Smart thinking.

Great Old school DQ. Food is always good quality and service with a smile. Small town favorite.

this was the worst dairy queen experience of my life(i'm writing this review in the business). for one all we can hear when we are eating is them moaning (vicious acts of sexuality) and cussing. we also didn't get are order right, and asked them to change it and they made it feel like a chore, like you are here to work and accommodate the customer, not fill your own needs. the manager kept glaring at us through the window, and talking about us behind the register. the menu is not up to date, and the chicken was hard as my bone structure. the burger had a bone in it, and disgusted me. tell me how you get a bone in ground beef. the workers did not have good manners, i'd rate this place a -50/10. The customer is always right! As km typing this my ice cream is still not here after waiting 20 min for it. i'm sure i won't be the only disappointed customer coming through the grimy doors of the alliance dairy queen.

Very nice restaurant and staff is great. They really are good at cleaning up and keeping up with the tasks that most restaurants lack in doing. They even bring your order to you if they are available to. Food is good quality service is slow than that McDonald's but not by much and food quality is on such a higher level than McDonald's and doesn't cost much more.

Pretty disappointed that they replaced their great flame grill for a regular fry-top griddle. They used to have the BEST burgers around because they were flame grilled. Now their burgers are just as bad as every other fast food place.

??Horrible! The blizzards are soup and the staff is very rude and lazy! The prices are outrageous and they are making all sizes smaller then they are at any other DQ! I will never spend a dime here again! And to top it all of I have gotten food poisoning multiple times here. Yesterday they gave my cousin a blizzard with spoiled milk! Ridiculous!!I highly recommend (A-town zest)rather than this nasty place!✨A-town zest✨?711 W 3rd StreetAlliance, NE

Fantastic food, fresh and quick. Not the standard "DQ" menu, best we've ever had.

Best ice cream from a Dairy Queen. A heads up: the food menu is their own but have Dairy Queen ice cream. Food is made fresh. Really good fries. Brisket nachos were ok but made before all the rest of the food and got soggy. We got blizzards and there was a ton of toppings. Great service! Outside seating is awesome and there are a couple of outside games.

If you want fast food this place is far from fast, so you sit in line at the drive through for 20 or 30 minutes just to find out they messed your order up when you get home. My family and I don’t eat here often but when we do the staff consistently does a great job of messing up.
