First they gave us stale chips with watery bland salsa. My order took 50 minutes and it came cold and flavorless. We complained about our meal to the waitress and she made no effort to respond to our complaint. When we paid she left my card on the counter and made no effort to return the card. She left it on the counter where anybody could have stole it. I will never return to this restaurant again and I let anybody who ask me about this restaurant. Dirty tables and disgusting bathroom!

Sketch building. Booth broken down and seat torn. Slow service, rude waitress. Poor quality food, chips stale, salsa and food very bland; food served luke warm. Skimped on lettuce, tomatoes, and NO onions. Overpriced. There were only 2 other people there, but we waited almost 50 minutes for basic menu items (tacos, enchiladas, chili rellones.)
I will not return and I recommend nobody eat that low quality food with poor service!.

We had a great server but, the food was bland with no taste. The pork Chile was very watery with no substance or spice. My chimichanga was 3 little rolled up meat with tortilla. You had to pay for every little extra like 1.25 for sour cream. It was just not the experience we were hoping for.

My family and I were looking to try authentic Mexican food. We decided to go here and well the place just doesn't feel welcoming. The building is extremely run down and is in need of some touch-up the benches are broken. Upon sitting in our booth we noticed dirty tables around us. We never got our free refills on any of our drinks even though it specifically states they over one free refill on drinks. The food was delicious, but ultimately due to the atmosphere and customer service I can safely say we almost walked out and we will not be eating here again.

Average Mexican food. I had a beef taco that was tasty but it was deep fried? I have a shellfish allergy and had an asthma attack right after leaving the restaurant. Obvious they fry all their food in one pan of great with fried seafood. Not.great. but the CINNAMON TEA was an awesome way to warm up in this chilly Nebraska December. (We are from Dallas).

This is one of the restaurants in Alliance which has reasonable opening hours, and relatively wide choice of food (no alcoholic beverages). The food is good, and the crew is super friendly.
