Unbelievable barbecue where I didn’t expect it. We were driving through town fixin to settle for fast food but found this instead. The brisket was phenomenal, the sides were all great and they served beer. Add to all of that, an extremely welcoming and helpful staff. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be sure to come back by and pay them a visit.

This is a hidden gem - so glad I Googled. Today's special was awesome home-made hatch chile and cheese sausage links. My wife, who is a burger critic loved her burger. WARNING: very limited hours of operation - check ahead, it's worth it.

Our family in Alliance has mentioned this restaurant so many times, and we couldn't wait to visit it. The delicious food, particularly the brisket, beans, and corn casserole, is my favorite. Expect a different atmosphere; the food is ordered at the counter, and then you take it to your table in a spacious area with round tables. There is music in the background, but you can still hear and hold a conversation. Highly recommended.
Our first visit, always like to give a new place some time. Sorry we waited. The brisquit (melt in your mouth)and jalapeno cheddar sausage( a little hot for me but hubby loved it) were AMAZING. The cornbread casserole and mac and cheese put the icing on the cake. We shared the plate which was plenty for two and the price was very competitive. I will definitely be a repeat now that I tried for myself. Kudos to you and glad we have a place like you in Alliance.

A friend and I drove 6 hours just for this BBQ. It’s nationally known and recognized as some of the best for a damn good reason.
The meats are of course the star of the show, and rightfully so. I’ve had BBQ all over the country, and this jalapeño cheddar sausage is the best I’ve had by quite a wide margin. I don’t normally go for the turkey, but again…best I’ve ever had. And don’t sleep on the sides. I had the potato salad and the cornbread casserole — which was the best variation of cornbread anything I’ve ever had.
Fletcher and Flor are doing things right and at the highest possible level out in Alliance. Amazing hosts, amazing service, and even more amazing people.

Got the 3 meat plates and smoked cheeseburger Food was hot and fresh .BBQ didn't need any sauce and the smoked cheeseburger was delicious!! sides were on point, especially the homemade pickles and pickled red onions. I will be back!!

So very delicious!!! We loved the warm greeting and the helpful staff. GREAT brisket sandwich, and meaty bbq beans!! Even the bun was good and didn’t fall apart when saturated with their delicious sauces. Yes the bun is important! Generous serving size. Great bark on the brisket with a very smoky flavor. Extremely tender too! I would go back of if I didn’t live 1000 miles away in Texas!
