Our first visit, always like to give a new place some time. Sorry we waited. The brisquit (melt in your mouth)and jalapeno cheddar sausage( a little hot for me but hubby loved it) were AMAZING. The cornbread casserole and mac and cheese put the icing on the cake. We shared the plate which was plenty for two and the price was very competitive. I will definitely be a repeat now that I tried for myself. Kudos to you and glad we have a place like you in Alliance.
A friend and I drove 6 hours just for this BBQ. It’s nationally known and recognized as some of the best for a damn good reason.
The meats are of course the star of the show, and rightfully so. I’ve had BBQ all over the country, and this jalapeño cheddar sausage is the best I’ve had by quite a wide margin. Got the 3 meat plates and smoked cheeseburger Food was hot and fresh .BBQ didn't need any sauce and the smoked cheeseburger was delicious!! sides were on point, especially the homemade pickles and pickled red onions. I will be back!!
