I’ve never had BBQ that good! WOW! Super friendly and helpful when ordering. I’ll plan a trip to Alliance specifically to go to the Carnegie Museum and the BBQ at Golden Hour. Well done!
Your taste buds are in for a treat!! Oh my goodness, we were craving BBQ (missing TX on our summer road trip), and boy did we hit the jackpot finding Golden Hour!
Perfectly crafted jalepeno cheddar sausage, brisket that falls apart, moist turkey, and incredible burnt ends! Cornbread casserole and mac + cheese rounded out the amazing meats!

I hardly ever review places I eat at but this one is delicious. I’m from Texas and very picky when it comes to barbecue. This is the first place in Nebraska I’ve actually felt like had good bbq. Nice hidden gem!
