I had to ask for my food that was clearly sitting behind the counter. As well as the friend I was there with. By the time I did ask for my food, all the food was cold. The food was not hidden or set in a place for someone not to see it, it was in plain sight.

At 4:30 pm on 2/25 we went through the drive through. The girl taking the order acted like the customer was an inconvenience. No welcome, no please or thank you. She should not of been working.
