Just waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes no one was taking orders. Went inside gave my mobile order code waited another 30 minutes until my app said that they cancelled my order.

I visited McDonald's tonight at roughly 8:00 PM, leaving at 8:50 PM.
Their drive-through sign is damaged. Service took 40 minutes before they even acknowledged we were in the drive-through lane. It then took another 10-15 minutes to deliver a partial, incorrect order: they missed my tea and the Daily Double I received was a sloppy, lukewarm mess. The employee working the window was snotty about it, acting as though we were inconveniencing him.
Also I still got charged for that tea.
No one offered an explanation for the entire forty-minute wait, despite three employees being visible. Three separate cars drove off during this time. Someone new needs to manage this franchise; this is awful for what used to be a decent McDonald’s. I can only imagine how much business they are losing, potentially driving customers to the overnight staff at other local places because the service is this consistently bad.
I don't like writing bad reviews, but people need to know this place is actively aiming for bad service. There is no excuse, and this isn't the first time I've run into this behavior. Go anywhere else. If you need McDonald's that badly, drive 50 minutes in any direction to get better service.

Where should i start when you go through the drive thru window you can’t see the menu. It’s been damaged for like two years now and it’s just getting worse. Replace your drive thru menus. A garbled voice came through the speaker couldn’t understand it. Finally we could somewhat make out the voice and after they heard us complaining about not being able to see the menu asked if they could help us with ordering because the sign had been damaged in a storm yes like 2 years ago. I thought McDonalds corporate did inspections of the restaurants

I literally just got my food from them, and my drink is not even all the way full. I asked no toppings for a hamburger for my dog and they put toppings on there.

Went through the drive-through for a medium fry, large lemonade, and an apple pie. The medium fry was cold and soggy, the lemonade tasted like water with a little bit of lemon, And the apple pie was chewy. What in the holy hell is going on?? I want compensation!
Placed a DoorDash delivery and never received it we called the employee hung up we also went through drive through employee said they were closed cause the systems were down.

We had old food door dashed and the fries were cold, burgers were old ones and burnt. We spent $29 on this and can't even eat it. When I called MacDonalds they told me it was fresh. The door dash guy even offered to make it right. That's not fair to him

Stopped for breakfast this morning on my way to work. Food was Ok, but my pop had ZERO carbonation in it.
Of course I’m at work now so can’t go get it replaced.
This place got me again…….i rarely come here because they always seem to screw something up, and today was no different.
