Went through the drive-through for a medium fry, large lemonade, and an apple pie. The medium fry was cold and soggy, the lemonade tasted like water with a little bit of lemon, And the apple pie was chewy. What in the holy hell is going on?? I want compensation!

Placed a DoorDash delivery and never received it we called the employee hung up we also went through drive through employee said they were closed cause the systems were down.

We had old food door dashed and the fries were cold, burgers were old ones and burnt. We spent $29 on this and can't even eat it. When I called MacDonalds they told me it was fresh. The door dash guy even offered to make it right. That's not fair to him

Of course I’m at work now so can’t go get it replaced.
This place got me again…….i rarely come here because they always seem to screw something up, and today was no different.

So sick of them not advertising their hours correctly. some people work very late hours & when yall advertise your hours as 24hrs availability then as customers we’re going to expect that.. horrible service during the day & night. rude, short, missed items, don’t know what they’re doing, etc.. can’t ever get even decent tasting food. EVER! tried time & time again.. this place needs shut down & replaced by a better franchise/ restaurant. waste of space. waste of $. waste of products that could go to a better functioning branch.. just a waste overall. nasty.. plus a rat problem there has been word & proof of… ew.. just get lost..

This place just seems like it needs a rework. Some of the staff seem lazy, and some seem extremely disrespectful towards customers and need to take a refresher in customer service. The place is ridden with fly crap on all the monitors and overall it really begs to question the sanitation value of the rest of the establishment.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. I get being slow when busy. When I special order my qtr pounder w bacon and she reads back my order at the window I'd think I would get what I ordered. Took a long time to get my drink and food. If it's going to be a wait for FAST FOOD at least give good quality for the wait.

Kitchen OK, no order error Waitress really not motivated, friendly as a prison door, responds to us with a thumbs up and has to be stopped by her manager to come take our order. The waitress gives us a number for table service but seeing that we are at the back of the restaurant for more peace and quiet, she stops with the tray and waits for us to come and collect it ourselves. She warns that the drinks are poorly placed and may spill but doesn't help put them back when my husband takes the tray with both hands and she leaves. The toilets are very dirty for both men and women with fecal matter on the bowls and the sinks are dirty.
