I tried Mi Ranchito last year for the first time and I was blown away by the quality! This review is actually long over due.
The place itself is very nice, well decorated, and the server (I dont dine in much but I believe it was Patrick based on other reviews) was outstanding!! I had one other waiter as well and while not as energetic, was very attentive and respectful to our table regardless. In general, every server visits the table often and phone orders are also handled well. Also the salsa is to die for... I go at least once a month and honestly, I can't recommend Mi Ranchito enough. Thanks for all that you do!

I was in town for 4 nights but ate here 3 nights in a row because it was that good.
The Fajita Burrito was huge and delicious but the Pollo chihuahua was by far the best tasting meal. I had Margarita on rocks every night and it was perfectly made every night.
Service was quick and staff was very polite.
If I ever make my way here again, I’ll definitely be stopping by again.
