GREAT Service! I substituted chili for fries but the cashier accidentally left the fries on there (we weren't worried about it)... Then here he comes with a refund and apology! We'll be back!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this experience called for it.
I had their new "Spicy BBQ bacon burger." I kept waiting for both the BBQ and the spice. I saw that there were jalapenos, but they were so mild that I could have eaten them straight. I have no idea where the BBQ part was, as there was only a hint of sauce.
Service was fast and friendly. However, the guy that was my cashier has a very soft voice and hard to hear.
The store was very clean. People felt comfortable to chat away.
Parking: I HATE the way they made the entrance into this restaurant. It's dangerous!

Worst runza I've ever been to took my family from Florida there to show him what it was all about. Got our food. The buns were sliced open. The meat was spooned on and the cheese ranches. The cheese was still cold and shaped like a slice horrible manager

I'd heard about this NE legendary chain and I'm glad we stopped. Nothing fun on the menu for vegetarians but that's OK, it's not a vegetarian chain. I made do and loved it.
I loved how the cashier old-school calls out the order to the cooks. Fun to watch that interaction.
