We had sampled subway throughout America, and I would have to say this one was the most expensive with the least ingrediants, although a plus the lady who served us was lovely and friendly

Service was great in drive thru. Sandwich bread was really dry, built good but there was WAY too much lettuce for just a regular amount. They overdid the mayo. I like extra mayo but it was way too much. Even though they have new management they still are not great at all.

Went in around 10:40 and it took about 20 minutes to get my sandwich, which is okay because honestly that's probably the fastest I've ever gotten anything from there. Got home and had to tear the paper out of my bread because it looked as if something fell on it and smooshed it, also had a big tear across the center and as soon as I picked it up, everything fell out. I put it on a plate so I could eat it with a fork, and the fork wouldn't even cut through the bread. Really a bummer because it's pricey and it's one of my favorites.
Subway is really clean, all the employees are extremely friendly, it was really busy I accidentally dropped my sandwich outside, they replaced it quickly, I enjoy stopping at subway on my way to rapid city.

This store is clean. The people working there are Pleasent and went out of their way to make sure my dog had water. It was sooo hot outside. Thank you, Subway.

Where to start. First of all young man who waited on me was very nice and apologetic. For the rest of it Subway should be ashamed and embarrassed. Area for making sandwiches was a total mess. Brown lettuce, half the vegetable containers were empty so the young man had to go get refills while the older kid that was there stood around and did nothing. He glared at all the customers like he was doing you a favor if he did help you. Was there around 6:00 and the place was empty. I thought that was strange but now I know why. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Dirty nasty filth. The lady working there didn't know what they had or what anything was called. Plus she was rude. The young man was very nice. Food prep area was not cleaned in a long time and they were NOT busy when we were there so can't use that excuse. Wrote to the area manager and no response.

Foods good just everything I go takes 10 minutes just to my my sub, the workers show no effort to make it faster, and the sandwich just looks sloppy nearly makes me late for work every time

Hello. Today I visited the inside of the store from about 11:25 to about 11:35 roughly. I had experienced probably my all time worst customer service. Food is fine but everything was super tense, uncomfortable, and unprofessional about the interaction with the staff. The kid seemed like it was his first day and there was only 2 of them there which is why I beleive the other employee was so angry and rude but in my opinion that's still not an excuse. Why are you there except to make sandwiches? That's what fast foods about is serving the customer in the best way possible. Why only 1 seasoned employee and 1 new kid for lunch? I could go on but the GM really needs to evaluate and fix this. Have a good day and thank you.

Three slices of turkey and enough mayonnaise to choke a pelican. I lost my receipt, but I still returned this abomination to the store. This location has been on a steady decline ever since the local ownership was forced to sell. I will not be returning to this franchise.

HEALTH RISK TO EAT HERE:The lady "manager" has no actual employees, so her underage CHILDREN are helping make sandwiches behind the counter.Pretty sure that's highly illegal, and her attitude is as bad as it gets.AVOID.

The store manager Jessica, went out of her way when she was off the clock to fix an issue that I never have had. They were out of cookies and called me to see if I wanted replacements like chips. I said no, and I would ask for refund on the app (where I ordered). Instead…the person working cancelled my order altogether without telling me. I called back and he then said he would just deliver it. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jessica asking what the issue was. After telling her the problem, she went to the store, remade all our food, added some goodies and got it on the way to us. I was extremely frustrated and ready to order some place else when she called to make it right. I know issues happen, but Jessica made it right and went above and beyond to fix the issue.
