Ordered thru the drive thru. ORDERED a chicken avocado protein bowl, specifically WITHOUT THE Chipotle sauce and substituted OIL/VINEGAR. paid got the order and checked before I left. It had the Chipotle sauce. WAVED TO THE PEOPLE WORKING told them I ordered without the chipolte sauce, the young kid said I didnt order without. He suggested I wash it off !?! Or I could reorder. He also stated he could not remake it or he would get in trouble!?! Top it off, it was not the normal amount of Chipotle sauce this bowl was drenched, like if someone wanted extra.

I know that Rhonda is back and she does a great job managing this store but when she isnt there. Most the mistakes on my orders is at night when there is not a manager there.

So in a nutshell I paid $16 for a protein bowl that had the Chipotle sauce I requested not to be included and was told to WASH IT OFF FOR $15.99. I didnt want to complain, errors happen we are all human. But it was the response I received, being told they did not want to get in trouble for fixing a customer's order that got me. Usually the mistakes are minimal like wrong bread/ condiments not toasted or veggies.

Thank you for being friendly and professional today when we visited your subway. I really appreciate that all the employees had hair up and out of the way or cut short. It just seemed like the employees took some pride in doing their job well. This was a well maintained restaurant. We appreciated the rugs that looked vacuumed and clean windows. The lawn outside looked well groomed as well and made for an attractive business to go into. Thank you!

Had an online order with 5 subs. Only received 4. I had to go back in and get it. Two of the subs were not toasted as requested. They WERE doing better with the new management. Not so much anymore. Back to the old, lousy service. Not pleased. Do better.

This place has tanked over the last few years. New owners twice and still can’t figure it out. Food is always wrong. Even sandwich size is wrong. Has to be the worst subway I’ve been to.
