The store manager Jessica, went out of her way when she was off the clock to fix an issue that I never have had. They were out of cookies and called me to see if I wanted replacements like chips. I said no, and I would ask for refund on the app (where I ordered). Instead…the person working cancelled my order altogether without telling me. I called back and he then said he would just deliver it. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jessica asking what the issue was. After telling her the problem, she went to the store, remade all our food, added some goodies and got it on the way to us. I was extremely frustrated and ready to order some place else when she called to make it right. I know issues happen, but Jessica made it right and went above and beyond to fix the issue.

Our subway has become an absolute joke. 45 minutes of waiting in the drive thru with no other cars. We get home and the food isn’t what we ordered. Extremely disappointed with the new owners as this seems to be the new theme. I believe we all should stop giving them our money until someone who actually cares can take over.

This is one of the cleanest subways I have seen. The staff is very friendly and courteous, especially Mackenzie! All ingredients are fresh and crisp. I LOVE this place!Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for wheelchairs.

Love 2 Ride

Very disappointed in my order! My BLT with extra bacon had very little bacon on it and and the bacon wasn't cooked. Returned sandwich and won't be going back.

Parking: Handicapped parking is blocked by the drive thru line so getting in and out can be an issue. Isn't set up for getting out the side with ramps.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant and restrooms are good for accessible facilities.

I had an online order and waited 40 minutes after it should’ve been done. Then I ask for mayo packets and the girl with curly hair was mad that I asked for extra and when she went to grab them she said something to the other guy working with her and came back and gave me 13 mayo packets to be rude. Then after all of that I got to work and she had made my order wrong.

The food was good. They were short handed, the two employees worked as fast as they could but there was several people waiting in line and at the drive thru window when we were there. A third person would have been a great addition to the team. And would have earned the fifth star.

Ordered a Turkey wrap with everything except tomatoes and onions (due to allergies). Low and behold the order was NOT followed and it had lots of onions on it. Thanks Subway for making me sick! You don’t even deserve a one star rating.
