Just went through the drive thru and sat there and got told to place my order and then ignored for 10 min they are always forgetting stuff in my order or do not have the stuff for what I want

I've had two run ins with this Taco johns. The first one I ordered a burrito and when I received it the contents were soggy but I was hungry. It gave me food poisoning, I missed work. They contacted me once and I missed it and nothing was fixed from it.
Second run in was tonight I asked for the 9 dollar meal steal but asked if the hard taco can be a soft taco. I was told it wasnt available to do so. I then decided to get the 7 dollar meal steal, they put it in as a number 7 meal witch is not the same. I had to correct them at the window and a young male took the blame even tho there was a female that answered the drive threw. And took that order. She proceeded to react very hostile at the window to her co workers, it made me feel very un welcome at this establishment. I do not recommend coming here especially with the night staff.

Update: you have to call the nu.ber several times to get an answer. I stopped back today to see what they were going to do about my problem. I got a smiling apology and the Assistant Manager handed my receipt fro. Wednesday over to the food prep person and told her to remake it then walked away. I got back home and although most of the order was correct 1 Taco Bravo was missing still. This is nit good customer service. Ordered at the drive up and got home to find out it wasn't my order. Now I have a hungry crew and no food because 1 bean burrito and a small potato ole isn't going to replace what I ordered and paid for and didn't receive. Someone should check that the order they hand out is the order they took payment for. I did call when I got home and realized it wasn't my order. She said yes they had a lot of messed up orders, come back they will remake it. I was 7 miles away and returning to town wasn't an option. So she would write my name down so the person working tomorrow would know about it. I ask what will they do? She replied remake my order. I didn't make it back to town. I did try calling their number in the reply below and it just rang.

Taco johns is always so good. Highly recommend the crunchy chicken potato burrito, grilled chicken burrito, and the stuffed grilled taco. So many good things. Best dipping sauce for potato oles is sour cream and nacho cheese (together). So good.

I have been in this Taco Johns several times with great experience but today I ordered super nachos. Received chips that were so stale I could not chew them and after they would not make new ones for the customer before me I insisted new nachos, they made me new ones with undercooked chips that are also chewy! And the girl, was rude and annoyed that I asked for new ones. Her customer service is trash! The other 2 working were very apologetic and polite

This place seems to have some really good food and the staff seem friendly and willing to work with you on everything from ensuring that your food is to your satisfaction, to making sure that your dining experience is to your liking. If you like Mexican food I recommend trying this place.
