Both sandwiches we ordered were made wrong. Had to go back in to get the cookie we ordered. And then cookie was undercooked and soggy. When asked for a refund we were blown off. We have gone here several times, and the food continues to get worse every time. Don't waste your money here.

I am a local and we come to subway a lot. Getting very frustrated with it not being open at 10 I stood outside for 20 minutes and that is after I knocked on the door and the guy saw me. He has the music turned up so loud he didn’t answer the phone. I will find another place to eat from now on.

I am in town visiting my family and I stopped in because the sandwiches are pretty good. The sandwich was good and the person who made my sandwich was nice. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and it looks like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a long time--multiple ring stains present, and no soap in the soap dispenser.

Not very busy and we waited in line for a long time! The girl working is not good at multitasking! She needs to focus more on making the sandwiches and talk less! A guy came in and clocked in and she was telling him what to do and he is faster at making the sandwiches than she is! I'm very disappointed! Needs a lot of improvement!

Food was good but took forever to get my sandwich done but it seemed like the 2 workers were newer because I have gone to this same restaurant and it's was done way faster but overall love the sandwiches and cookies

Don't do online orders. They will let one of your sandwiches sit for over 10 minutes while they take care of the person who got there AFTER, first. Supposed to be done at 6:05, ONE OF THEM, was done at 6:05, the other wasn't done until 6:20. Disgusting.

I guess it's our fault for going in 30 minutes before they closed, but my sandwich was really good but my husband's sandwich made him sick. He's still sick, and he got the chicken teriyaki. Plus there was only one person working and you could tell it was almost closing time, more people came in and he locked the door before it was suppose to close, he was getting frustrated. Which I get it, he was never not nice. But in a hurry I guess. But now we are on vacation and my husband is sick ?.
