This was the worst place that I've ever stayed. Mold in the bathroom and large urine stains o on the mattress.
We had a large group of 30. Service was excellent as well as the food.
I would not recommend the steakhouse for dinner. We ordered a filet and burger and both were pretty subpar. The filet was ordered medium rare but came out closer to well done and very lemony. The burger was ordered medium and also came well done and extremely dry. Baked potato was overcooked as well. Soup was good, but salad bar was pretty much empty at 7 o’clock.
You got Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, ice machine, vending machines, laundry machines...Arbor Manor is awesome!
Very good Food in a Victorian home setting.
I hadn't been since the Majors family owned and operated. Food, service and atmosphere was just as delightful. Nice to see this gem of Auburn preserved and still serving the community!
For a small town hotel, it is great! Rooms are clean and housekeeping provided. Staff is VERY attentive and accommodating! I will absolutely stay here again.
Very friendly, but rooms are not very good. Bugs, spiders, webs. And the smell isn't good. Very musty, maybe mold, and bug spray, not feeling good, and can't breathe right.
Rooms: Not feeling good, smells bad and musty

Food & drinks: The food was excellent and so was the service, the price was within reason.
Did not stay at hotel but had dinner at the steakhouse. We had ribeye steaks that were very tender!! The salads that came with dinner were very fresh. Had the manor house potatoes which were okay, not great. Also ordered the Victorian appetizer that came with fried mushrooms, cauliflower, cheese sticks, onion rings. Very yummy. My husband had limoncello for dessert and it was delicious. I took my chocolate cake to go. Definitely would eat here again!!

A beautiful manor that offers a wonderfully unique dining experience. The manor is kept up very well, and it looks great from the outside. They have 2 separate dining areas. One is more similar to a sports bar, and would be ideal for a quick meal. The upstairs area is a more formal dining room, and reminds me of a Victorian house. The wall paper, paintings, and furnishings all look good together and provide a great ambiance. The service was quick and attentive, and the woman was very pleasant. We both ordered the large prime rib dinner. The prime rib was cooked exactly as we requested (rare and medium rare), and was delicious. The portions were large, and we had plenty to take home. The meal also included a soup and salad bar. The bar area was clean, and the options were well stocked and fresh. The meal also came with a baked potato. Overall I thought the experience and food were great, and I would definitely eat here again. We did not stay here, so I can't comment on the rooms.
