Delicious! I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich on sourdough - really flavorful and quality ingredients. Coffee is organic & fair trade. My son enjoyed looking at the kids books and devoured his French toast. (They have real maple syrup too!). Really spacious interior. Owner was incredibly friendly. A gem 💎 of a restaurant in Auburn! Very affordable. I don’t have a picture because I ate the sandwich so quickly :)

I really wanted to give 5 stars but sadly I cannot.
The service was terrible. Coffee was good but I asked for cream and sweetener (none on the table) and then it was randomly added into my coffee instead of bringing them to the table so I could put what I wanted in my own cup and I had to ask for refills.
We were one of two tables seated, then the other folks left and not once did the server come to see how our food was or if we needed anything. Never asked if I wanted more water after I drank all of it.
I wasn’t give a choice of bread for my avocado toast or if I wanted an egg or bacon (even though it was on the menu) and then it came with a generous dose of salt and pepper on top. I prefer adding extra salt and pepper myself. It was far too salty.
I ordered a side of breakfast potatoes and if there was a total of 1/3 cup I would be guessing on the side of generous. When I asked for ketchup, it was served in a small plastic cup. Zero condiments on the table.
Our dirty plates were never cleared.
I had to get up and ask for a check.
The atmosphere was very austere and uninviting.
I went to the restroom, there was a sofa near the bathroom doors and some guy was completely passed out on it.
The bathroom was very dirty, overflowing garbage and no paper towels.
Overall, one of the worst experiences eating out. Even in a small town.
I sincerely hope this restaurant grows and is very successful but, in my opinion, they need to pay attention to all the little details to make it work.
I’ll go again in the future, hoping for a better experience overall. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time.

This is a review of PRC that is working at Cooper Nuclear Station during the current refueling outage. I was utterly thrilled that someone took over the Atomic Grill on site. I was looking forward for some real food instead of the pre-wrapped food in vending machines. I got there just before the end of lunch hour and they were out of quite a lot of items. Needless to say, I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't get what I wanted. However ... They were very polite and offered to cook me up a chicken sandwich, which was perfectly done. Thanks for a delicious lunch. People are so happy to have someone here that makes good food, and, well ... That's why they were out of many items. They must be doing something right :)
Keep up the great job. I know that I, as well as many others on site are greatly appreciative of your service.
I look forward to visiting you in Auburn the next chance I get.

This is the spot in Nemaha county that I insist on bringing every single out of town visitor to! My friends and family all over the country know and love PRC!
Where to start? I guess with the food, because that’s the “reason” to go here, right? Well, it’s incredible. One of the reasons that I like taking everyone here is because there is something for everyone! Gluten free, vegetarian, or just looking for some good old soul/comfort food - nobody has walked away disappointed. The way these folks season their food is next level. And they’re happy to work with customers on their dishes to ensure they get exactly what they want… amazing.
But it isn’t just the food, right? Eating out is a customer service experience too. Good thing Kaci, Tee and their staff treat customers like family. Try this: the next time you have a bad day, go in and order a frozen lemonade (cherry berry was 👌🏻). I can almost promise that when you leave, you’ll be feeling better. They can’t solve all of your problems but they sure will become a highlight of your day.
And while I would not use the word cheap to describe PRC, it is easy to be a generous tipper because the prices are just so reasonable!
Do yourself a favor. Scuttle over to PRC asap and thank me later 😉
