Ready when I got there, they even remembered me from last time
The young man running the front was nothing but kind. Went out of his way to be very helpful. Very nice!!

Absolute hands down worst experience ever in a Pizza Hut.
The server had to return to the table 5 times because he could not remember our order of 2 simple pizzas and an order of apple pies.
Ordered a taco pizza on cheesy bites crust, and the lettuce smelled like it had been washed in sanitizer, the bean sauce was nearly non-existent, and it had NO shredded cheese.
The other 2 topping pizza was ordered to go.
The pizza was delivered to the table with no spatula, forks, or napkins.
There were no sauces with the pizza crust, and the entire pizza was covered in garlic sprinkles, not just the crust.
Once the pizza was delivered to the table, the waiter never bothered to check in on anything.
We never received our apple pies and, upon inquiring at checkout, were told they had not been made. So we verified we had not been charged for them paid and left.
This was our first and will be our last stop here.

I ordered online and order was supposed to be done by 4:14.. my husband went to pick up the order. Half hour later he's texting me that he was waiting for the wings to be done. That's a half hour after they were supposed to be done. The guy working did offer my husband a dessert for being late but he said no. He gets home and there was so much grease my boneless wings. They were just dripping in grease. I couldn't eat them. When a person spends 50 on a meal they don't want a bucket of grease.

Absolutely disgusting place, dishes are gray inside of white, the pizza pans they use have food literaly baked into them that won't clean off, there is grease literaly dripping off the clean dish rack in back that you can see any time they have the back door to the kitchen open, air vents above food areas are covered in dust (wonder where the dust goes whenever the vents kick on...) even their dishwasher is covered in food, grease and grime. All things considered i would assume there are probably a whole bunch of other health code violations as well that they are just trying to hide/cover up.
This past Friday I placed an order at 3:45 p.m. for delivery. I received a call from an employee there that said there is no delivery driver around. I then asked her, "do you still deliver on Friday evenings?" She said yes we do deliver on Friday evenings." I said to her, "I know you guys are usually pretty busy so if you need it to be later that's completely fine with me. is 6:00 p.m. okay? or do you need a little bit more time?" She told me that 6:00 p.m. is fine and that she will change my order time to 6:00 p.m. Then went to check my order on the app at 5:45 p.m. and noticed it was not there so I was trying to find out why. Call them, it kept ringing then the call dropped. Spoke to a representative at 6:15 and they said that they moved my order to be ready at 6:30 p.m. Then got a call from a different employee at 6:45 p.m. saying that they cannot deliver because the driver never showed up, so he doesn't know how to get my order to me. I told him that I think I can get a quick ride there I just can't carry it home because it's a big order. I then asked him "my food is ready, right? I can probably go get it." He then said, "uh, um, actually, I don't think we started it yet." I asked him how is that possible when I ordered at 3:45? His response was, "I don't know, we had a lot of orders, and it must have slipped our mind." I canceled my order and then ordered from Casey's Pizza, which was also a big order, and they had it ready in about 30 minutes. This is not the first bad experience I've had with Pizza Hut, but it's the worst one.
Food is poorly made. The pizza is thrown together with no care, the toppings are not evenly distributed throughout the pizza, they don’t cut up the tomatoes for any pizzas they just leave them in very big slices. They can’t even cut a pizza all the way through properly. Highly disappointed, don’t recommend. Will never eat there again.

This was my first time eating somewhere in this town as i was here for an eye appointment. Well i can 100% guaranteed say the food was delicious, i ordered a small pizza with garlic parmesian sauce, chicken, bacon, and ham, with a 16 piece garlic parmesian boneless wings, for me and my fiancé to share. Ive been to multiple pizza huts and so far this one has had the best service and best food. Will 100% be coming back.
The workers were super nice, and made me feel like they were glad to have me as a customer. They were very respectful, and even offered a drink for the long wait time.

Pretty disappointed with a large order that was placed 24 hours in advance of needing picked up. Due to the on-line limit of $300/order, we placed two orders for our 16 pizzas (11 on 1 order, and 5 on the other). We sent a driver to pick them up at the allotted time (1130am), and the folks at Pizza Hut were clueless that they had an order. The person that placed the order called and was told that "...they hadn't checked their email."
How in the world did you not check online orders for 24 hours? I call total BS on that one. Well, they printed out the first order, made the pizzas, and our driver got out of there about 75 minutes late (which delayed lunch for the entire crew), and had.... yep, only 11 pizzas. We decided to deal with having a little less than what was planned, but then Pizza Hut calls back SEVERAL HOURS LATER, asking when we're coming in to pay for the other 5 and pick them up.
While my project admin did go do this, it was an absolute waste of time and money, as they weren't able to be used. Absolutely LUDICROUS how this place that we have spent thousands on (very large orders, several times per outage at a local power plant) over the last few years treats those that are loyal to them. I guess they don't want us back.

They need to hire more help. The gal that waited on us was being pulled in several directions at once. She had no help from the other 2 working there. We never go plates to eat off of or our ranch dressing for ir bread sticks. No refills on drinks either. She was way too busy to give good service.
