too friggen long of a wait just for some mid food
Drive thru very fast!
The food and service at this location is excellent
We ordered thru the app, once we got there it took no time at all to get our order. Once we checked our order it was nothing that we ordered but the drink was right, took our order back than made our correct or or so we thought, we got that order was not right, they kitchen complained they had to remake the order again...as we were waiting for our 3rd time order, another customer came in and said his order was not right..he asked for his money back and talked to the manager that had just got there..we finally got our order and it was right. We were traveling thru the area and Sonic sounded good, food was good once we got it..the manger gave us several great coupons to use in the future...we come to this area once a year..but sadly we will not be be back to this restaurant..this restaurant has to learn to how to read orders and check them.
They didn’t have any god damn boba, that’s the only reason I was there. AWFUL
Store was lost. Confusion with employee's. Food was decent drinks where not even close. Gave up trying. Overall sad experience.
My family ordered 8 unicorn slushes and they said we only get 1 unicorn straw per car but on the add it says everyone you order your get one
I have lived in the area for near 10 years. There are few places to eat here. Sonic is a bigger brand here. In the time I have lived here, they have gotten our order right maybe 10% of the time. If you want your order right this is not the place to go. Food is usually barely warm and/or the food is over cooked or over fried. I can't even say you will get the dessert right. Check your order before you leave or check it while the server is still standing there.
There is a place a couple blocks away that is better food though you may have to wait a little longer but way better than at Sonic.

We used the app to order and after waiting 20 minutes more than the app said we should, we finally went to the building ourselves and got the food. They claimed it had just gotten done, but it was ice cold, so it had obviously been sitting. When we complained, they did give us new, hot food, but we shouldn't have had to complain.

We ordered at the drive-through a route 44 Diet Coke with extra ice in Auburn Nebraska by the time we got to the window, somebody was checking out and we pulled up and the lady asked us did you have an order? We said a route 44 Diet Coke with extra ice. She rolled her eyes and shut the window and when returning, she said I can’t find an order anywhere for a 44 Diet Coke with extra ice and we said well we ordered it. She turned her eyes again shut the window came back and said I can’t find an order for route 44 Diet Coke with extra ice anywhere and we said do you want us to drive back through and re-order a drink and she rolled her eyes slam the window again and waited. She opened the window again and we said we talked to somebody. She rolled her eyes again and almost shoved a diet Coke with extra ice through the window and then shut the window again and we said I got two dollars to pay for it. It was happy hour, but she said it’s fine I’m glad I got it free, but she was very rude and. rolling her eyes constantly, and I felt like she thought we were lying to her. I thought it was very rude for her to treat a customer that way.
Went through the drive thru for 1 order and waited at the window for over 10 min. I told the lady I wanted my receipt and I didn't get it. No napkins and sandwich was dry and French fries tasted like day old fries and over cooked, hard. So I went inside to get my receipt and mayo. Told the manager how long the wait and he gave me some coupons. The coupons are for kids meals and I don't have kids. They weren't short staffed either when I went inside. Lack of training I'm guessing.
