I have lived in the area for near 10 years. There are few places to eat here. Sonic is a bigger brand here. In the time I have lived here, they have gotten our order right maybe 10% of the time. If you want your order right this is not the place to go. Food is usually barely warm and/or the food is over cooked or over fried. I can't even say you will get the dessert right. Check your order before you leave or check it while the server is still standing there.
There is a place a couple blocks away that is better food though you may have to wait a little longer but way better than at Sonic.

We used the app to order and after waiting 20 minutes more than the app said we should, we finally went to the building ourselves and got the food. They claimed it had just gotten done, but it was ice cold, so it had obviously been sitting. When we complained, they did give us new, hot food, but we shouldn't have had to complain.

We ordered at the drive-through a route 44 Diet Coke with extra ice in Auburn Nebraska by the time we got to the window, somebody was checking out and we pulled up and the lady asked us did you have an order? We said a route 44 Diet Coke with extra ice. She rolled her eyes and shut the window and when returning, she said I can’t find an order anywhere for a 44 Diet Coke with extra ice and we said well we ordered it. She turned her eyes again shut the window came back and said I can’t find an order for route 44 Diet Coke with extra ice anywhere and we said do you want us to drive back through and re-order a drink and she rolled her eyes slam the window again and waited. She opened the window again and we said we talked to somebody. She rolled her eyes again and almost shoved a diet Coke with extra ice through the window and then shut the window again and we said I got two dollars to pay for it. It was happy hour, but she said it’s fine I’m glad I got it free, but she was very rude and. rolling her eyes constantly, and I felt like she thought we were lying to her. I thought it was very rude for her to treat a customer that way.

Went through the drive thru for 1 order and waited at the window for over 10 min. I told the lady I wanted my receipt and I didn't get it. No napkins and sandwich was dry and French fries tasted like day old fries and over cooked, hard. So I went inside to get my receipt and mayo. Told the manager how long the wait and he gave me some coupons. The coupons are for kids meals and I don't have kids. They weren't short staffed either when I went inside. Lack of training I'm guessing.

The food is never very good but I stop to get a shake and it had no flavor turns out it was not mixed up enough the hot fudge shake had most of fudge in the bottom of the cup. I asked the server because it was 4 in the afternoon and not many customers if I could have something made up fresh and her reply was all our food is fresh.Very rudely Which I knew better because I have tried this sonic several times before and the food is stale and dried out.

I'd pass on this place.. Every place was packed so we decided to stop here. No flavor is slushies we ordered. Chicken sandwich was old. Food WAS gross. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Heath inspector needs to check this place out... NEVER AGAIN

Tried to eat here today for lunch and my order was given to someone else at a table. After that person went through the bag and then started to drink and discovered it was the wrong drink. So they went to the counter and told the lady she had given them the wrong order. So the employee tells me sorry and that they’ll redo my order. So while I’m literally standing at the counter watching her, the employee refilled the top of the bag that she had given the wrong table and sneakily puts it back on a tray and then she proceeds to pour a new coffee. She walks over with new coffee and grabs the old fingered through bag of food that has already been served once to the wrong table and tried to serve it to me like it was new food…that is disgusting!!!! considering a stranger had there hands on my food before I did and that stranger was not an employee. And your dumbfounded expression and amazing reply of “oh” when I said that that food was unacceptable and that I had watched what you tried to do was the icing on the cake. Not sure if this person was altered and on something or what but this experience was ridiculous and I don’t trust that you’re serving practices are up to par obviously. Will never stop here again
