To orders used the wrong buns. The sandwiches were soft the fries were good but not enough your larges are like smaller mediums fo 32 bucks I just feel ripped off

The cook I don't know if they're not supposed to take the orders but I walked up to the register and he didn't seem to even care that I was there and he waited for the guy that was out in the lobby cleaning to come get my order but the other guy didn't come get my order and he was very pleasant and he even offered me something that other Arby's don't offer I usually get a classic or a double roast beef an add swiss cheese to it he asked me if I wanted a big piece of Swiss cheese or just the processed I usually only get processed because that's all I'm ever offered I took the Big slice and I paid for it and it was awesome and delicious.

Full time explorer RV living (Living on the road!)
We made a quick stop after driving all day and into the night. The poor cashier was working hard to handle a large group of customers—some of whom forgot their manners—but she continued taking care of everyone with patience and professionalism. By the time it was our turn, I know I would have been overwhelmed, but she treated us just as kindly as the customers before us. We even got her to smile and laugh (no one was waiting behind us) and rang the bell for her. As we were leaving, we overheard another employee say three people had walked out, which made us appreciate her even more. She truly stood out as an amazing employee. No photos this time—it was late, and we just wanted a quick bite before heading down the road to our stop.

They serve really good steaks. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Nice family atmosphere there. I do really recommend that restaurant.
