I just want to thank the employees for always greeting with a smile, always being so friendly and polite! They have been a huge support to our local school even when we know they are short handed like everyone. They continue to give, and do it with smiles and grace! An entire lobby full of customers and cars in drive thru waiting to order and the 3 people working are freaking out that they cant fill all the orders.... waited 8 hours to get some lousy food and I have to walk out empty handed after waiting 15 minutes for nothing because the fuel island is full with all parking spots full.... what a terrible design and understaffed arbys... at least the Loves employees were friendly... 0 stars. Staff your restaurant!! You are losing business...
