This mcdonalds in aurora nebraska is the worst ive ever been to. Everytime i come through i could even be the only one in line and it takes them half an hour. This place needs closed down and a real resturant needs to take its place.

Wait at the register to pay for my meal just to be ignored by multiple works and treated rudely when tended to. This also happened with other customers. Waited for and hour to receive my meal in a rush to get home after being on the road for 11 hours looking to bring food home to my family. Just to get home and see every single meal was messed up and not remotely close to what I asked for. The customer service was terrible as well as the facility being dirty. Don’t recommend

If i could choose zero stars that's what u would earn. Why would u put sauce in a weak cardboard box. And get my order wrong and be rude about it. There was sauce everywhere in my bag. Very disgusting n I paid for it waste of money. And don't send me a website to share my complaint I already did it. And im missing coupons for like a month ago for some pies. Sorry to be a Karen but come on you can do better
Our visit on Black Friday was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, there was no staff at the counter to manage orders, and employees on break had taken up seating, leaving no place for customers. After placing our order on the kiosk and selecting “pay at counter,” it sat unattended for nearly 10 minutes until someone finally emerged from the back to locate it. In the meantime, the ketchup dispenser burst all over my shirt, adding to the frustration. When the food was eventually served, it was cold and poorly handled—hardly living up to the promise of “fast food.” Another family nearby was also experiencing similar service issues, which suggests this was not an isolated incident. Overall, the lack of organization, inattentive service, and cold food made for an unacceptable experience.

The last 3 times my sausage egg McMuffin had egg shells in the egg and the service is absolutely terrible. Only car in line and waited over 22 min for 1 breakfast meal

My experience at McDonald's was excellent just because of the person who took the order and handed me the food. He was soo kind, had a warm smile and was very polite/respectful. I wish I would have gotten his name.

Had to wait in slot #1. After 10 minutes I went in and food was getting cold because the plus size girl was busy in a conversation with a coworker. Go to grocery store and get chicken. EVERYTHING else in Aurora is terrible

If I hadn't already paid, I'd have left. I've been at the window waiting for my food for 20 minutes. No explanation. Everyone inside is just staring out the window. I'm in shock that no one even knows how to communicate. At all. If somethings wrong, TELL THE CUSTOMER.
Places a mobile order 20min prior to arriving so I could grab and go when I got here waited another 20min for it to actually be ready very disappointed in the service

I tell ya, I went to this McDonald’s the other day—took so long, I had to shave twice before I got my food. I ordered a burger and fries… thirty minutes later, I thought they were aging it like a fine wine. The fries were so cold, I asked if they came with a scarf.
I get no respect, no respect at all. I said, “Can I get a hot meal?” They handed me a McFlurry. I said, “That’s cold too!” They said, “Well, we’re consistent.”
The drive-thru? More like the stay-thru. I’ve had relationships end faster than this line moved. I saw a guy in front of me grow a beard. A lady behind me gave birth. I just sat there questioning my life choices and whether I could survive on ketchup packets.
By the time I got my food, my stomach filed a missing persons report. The burger was colder than my ex-wife’s heart—and let me tell ya, that’s saying something.
This place is so slow, I asked if they were sourcing ingredients from the moon. Do yourself a favor: if you want food fast, just build a time machine and go back to when this McDonald’s actually had hustle. If not, pack a lunch—you’ll still be hungry by the time you get home.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to age in real time, just place an order at this McDonald’s. I’ve waited shorter times for shipping containers from China than I have for a 10-piece nugget here. Every visit is like a test of patience, character, and digestive willpower.
After a solid 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I was finally handed a bag of what I assume used to be food. Lukewarm fries that tasted like they gave up on life. A burger so cold it could’ve come with a frost warning. The soda? The best part—and even that was only half full.
This place runs like they just discovered McDonald’s yesterday and decided to give it a go with no training, no urgency, and possibly no employees. If you’re looking for a fast food experience, this ain’t it. If you’re into disappointment, long waits, and cold regret sandwiches, welcome home baby.
Do yourself a favor: drive to literally any other McDonald’s or just eat a granola bar in your glove box. It’ll be faster, warmer, and significantly less soul-crushing.

I ordered food back in 2010 and I was just notified yesterday that it was ready. It was expired.
The worst McDonald’s in the state of Nebraska.
You have better wait times at the DMV.
I would rather drive to grand island than have to wait for my life to end just to even smell the food at this establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Aroura has the best McDonald's in the state hands down. The first time in years that the food was good and hot and they didn't forget anything.

I don’t even need words… look at the cheese situation. (Two different sandwiches)
A multibillion dollar company can’t give a full slice of cheese.
