My experience at McDonald's was excellent just because of the person who took the order and handed me the food. He was soo kind, had a warm smile and was very polite/respectful. I wish I would have gotten his name.

Had to wait in slot #1. After 10 minutes I went in and food was getting cold because the plus size girl was busy in a conversation with a coworker. Go to grocery store and get chicken. EVERYTHING else in Aurora is terrible

If I hadn't already paid, I'd have left. I've been at the window waiting for my food for 20 minutes. No explanation. Everyone inside is just staring out the window. I'm in shock that no one even knows how to communicate. At all. If somethings wrong, TELL THE CUSTOMER.

I tell ya, I went to this McDonald’s the other day—took so long, I had to shave twice before I got my food. I ordered a burger and fries… thirty minutes later, I thought they were aging it like a fine wine. The fries were so cold, I asked if they came with a scarf.
I get no respect, no respect at all. I said, “Can I get a hot meal?” They handed me a McFlurry. I said, “That’s cold too!” They said, “Well, we’re consistent.”
The drive-thru? More like the stay-thru. I’ve had relationships end faster than this line moved. I saw a guy in front of me grow a beard. A lady behind me gave birth. I just sat there questioning my life choices and whether I could survive on ketchup packets.
By the time I got my food, my stomach filed a missing persons report. The burger was colder than my ex-wife’s heart—and let me tell ya, that’s saying something.
This place is so slow, I asked if they were sourcing ingredients from the moon. Do yourself a favor: if you want food fast, just build a time machine and go back to when this McDonald’s actually had hustle. If not, pack a lunch—you’ll still be hungry by the time you get home.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to age in real time, just place an order at this McDonald’s. I’ve waited shorter times for shipping containers from China than I have for a 10-piece nugget here. Every visit is like a test of patience, character, and digestive willpower.
After a solid 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I was finally handed a bag of what I assume used to be food. Lukewarm fries that tasted like they gave up on life. A burger so cold it could’ve come with a frost warning. The soda? The best part—and even that was only half full.
This place runs like they just discovered McDonald’s yesterday and decided to give it a go with no training, no urgency, and possibly no employees. If you’re looking for a fast food experience, this ain’t it. If you’re into disappointment, long waits, and cold regret sandwiches, welcome home baby.
Do yourself a favor: drive to literally any other McDonald’s or just eat a granola bar in your glove box. It’ll be faster, warmer, and significantly less soul-crushing.

Cold nasty fries sandwiches always wrong. Usually only one window open. Always parking cars when busy amd have to wait forever until the drive thru line clears out and then get food. Maybe should worry about service instead of drive thru times.
They are slow and unaccountable to anyone. They don’t honor the app purchases. This is the worst McDonalds around always an issue. Should have to wait 45 minutes for fast food.

Terrible customer service, I’d give them 0 stars if I could. We ordered at the counter and it took over 20 minutes for them to make a cone with chocolate sauce on it, a McFlurry, and a frozen Coke, and the place wasn’t even busy; there were only 3 cars in the drive-thru and half the staff were standing around. When we asked for chocolate sauce on our cone, which they forgot, they handed it to us in a cup instead with a large amount of attitude that was unnecessary. As we were leaving, we overheard employees in the kitchen making rude comments about us and calling us “annoying.” I wouldn’t recommend this location. It’s slow, unprofessional, and poor customer service all around. I will not stop by again.

1 star because you guys forget my 4 piece chicken nuggets! I just called you guys and you put me on hold to get a manager then no one answered after that. Once I called again, you said to come back and wait for my order. But I was already in Grand Island!!!!🤬👎
