The place is clean. I've gone in multiple times with no one at the counter. Though the peole who work there are nice, it's odd no one mans the front desk as often as they should. Twice my food was ready for pickup, but anyone could have walked by and snatched it. The burgers have been sloppily put together on more than one occasion. I was told that they are going to be stopping with giving out your purchased cup to self serve soon.
