The food was excellent. The restaurant is super clean, well lit, and up to date. I'm an out of stater, so I dont frequent their restaurants often but this one seems nicer than a few that I have been too. The service was a bit on the slow side, but they seemed to just be short staffed and I was there at an off-peak time. I'd definitely go back again.

What the hell is this? 4 tiny onion rings for the prices you charge? I don’t care what time it is or how much effort it takes, you don’t ruin someone’s supper and waste their damn money cuz you know their driving away from the drive thru and aren’t gonna complain to your face. This is not what my food normally looks like from here so whoever is working tonight, you suck!

Ordered a spice jack runza, got a runza that they put salsa on and salad croutons. Obviously the person making the spice jack had no clue. No jalopenos, no bacon, or pepper jack cheese.

Staff is/was awesome. Had to come in with my cat in his backpack carrier cuz it was way too hot to leave him in the vehicle(camping down the road) They even made sure he was serviced, got him water and popcorn chicken. Great food and one happy cat.

They’ll have you sit in the drive thru for 10+ minutes before you’re even able to order. This is the SLOWEST drive thru I have ever been to. There is no excuse for this pathetic service.

I ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and onion rings. The male cashier that took my order needs hearing aids. I specifically said add onion and pickles to my chicken sandwiches and he modified it to only pickles. I would like to know how add gets modified to just Pickles. I barely come to this runza because honestly it's worse then McDonald's.
