Very upset we always order the same thing every weekend. And we pay 30 dollars everytime and once again order messed up. Last 3 times it has not been right white mocha with 3 extra shots and this time I got no shots and not even white mocha.

I go here on my way to work. I have stopped in and ordered the same drink, different size and have paid the same amount for a small as a large. I decided to change it up this morning and order something different. I ordered a quencher and wasn't asked if I wanted lemonade, coconut milk or green tea. Got to the window and again wasn't asked. I again paid for a large drink and got a small.

Every single time I go here they make my drink wrong. I ask for no whipped cream they say okay and then hand me a drink with whipped cream. I remind them I said no whipped cream and they just scooped it off leaving whipped cream all around the edge of the drink that I PAID FOR still has whipped cream. I feel the workers fail in the ability to take orders correctly. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money in a place that can't fallow simple instructions.
