I ordered a protein bowl and she added what appeared to be maybe a handful of spinach, which is supposed to be the base of the bowl. She was very stingy with everything. I paid $9.27 for a bowl that would not even satisfy a child. I had to constantly repeat my order for everything ingredient I asked to be placed inside my bowl. If I could add a picture to this review you would understand my frustration and disappointment.

1st time ordering there and last time ordering there. Placed order on app and picked up when I got home I found there's more sauce that meat and veggies on the sandwich. I ordered shredded cheese and theres maybe 3 pieces of shredded cheese. I live 20 mins away so I can't just drive back and have it fixed. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

We ordered through the app, which just makes it easier since we are a family of 5. We got the notification that our order was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there they said that our order was not ready and they hadn't started it yet. The gentleman told me they were working on an order that came in after ours but it should be fairly quick.
That was not the case at all. It took right around 40 minutes from the time i got there, till the time I got our food. The 2 guys working were super frazzled and could tell they were both VERY overwhelmed. But as I stood there waiting one of them kept giving my and my daughter dirty looks. Which I'm not sure what that was about. Once we got our food they offered us some free cookies for the wait, which I appreciated. When we got home and everyone got their food, it was almost inedible. There was so much sauce one EVERY sandwich that they were just a mess and couldn't taste anything other than the sauces we had got on our sandwiches. Like I said we appreciated the free cookies for the inconvenience, but it did not make up for the wait nor the state the sandwiches were in. This was our first time coming to this location since we moved here, and after that I'm not sure that we will order again.

I got my sandwich with oul and vinegar, put regular for the amounts, and when I got it, there was so much. The wrapping was completely soaked and my sandwich was soggy. I couldn't even taste the meats or veggies. I usually don't have an issue but the past couple times they either forgot something or put too much of something on it.

Food was not fresh, and the veggies were somewhat stale. Had no better choice, however the staff was polite and supportive. It's inside a plaza and is easily overlooked.

They covered up all the meT with two pieces of cheese, what joke, after they toasted could not see any meat. They actually counted out the black olives and pu 8 on her sandwichThey should not be allowed to advertise the way they do o TV with the meat so loaded it won't stay on sandwichI did not pay and told them to keep them and walked outWill never set foot in the rip off they call subway again.

Everytime we order something for pickup its wrong and when you call to ask or talk to someone all they say is ok. You need to check your food before you leave!

Neither of us was asked toasted or not. When we figured out that my friend's sandwich was not toasted after she took a few bites to find her bacon was cold and her big mozzarella cheese was still hard and not melted, I brought her sandwich back in. The manager on duty told me that I should have leniency for her trainees. She gave me a cookie to make up for the sandwich that my friend could no longer eat. I told her I wanted our money back for that sandwich & she handed me a coupon for free sandwich along with a snide remark.Thankfully I don't even live in this state.

I put them as a 1 because literally every time I go to get subway here in aurora ne they only have white or wheat bread available! Why advertise different bread types if they aren't going to make them? And the customer service is usually kinda snobbish never a welcoming feeling that's for sure!
