The Corral Bar in Bassett ain’t just a bar—it’s the kind of place where the grill smoke hangs in the air like a Nebraska sunset, and the burgers ride out of the kitchen like prize bulls at the county fair. Big, bold, and damn near too hefty for one hand, these burgers aren’t meals—they’re commitments. Bite into one and you’ll swear you hear a fiddle tune playing in the background.

What a great place to spend some time in Western Nebraska!! The chicken fried hamburger was amazing!! The side salad had lots of “extras” & served with Dorothy Lynch of course. Also awesome service

Great burgers, nice hole in the wall atmosphere. Not busy, quaint, and very relaxed. I do wish I didn't have to pay an added $2.25 for fries, but it is what it is. If the fries were made on site, I'd be more apt to feel comfortable with the extra charge. Owner is very nice, talkative, and runs her bar well!
