Typical local small town bar with bar food menu. Our kind of place while we are traveling. Burgers were good and the onion rings excellent. Our server was cute and a little sassy, in a way that made our experience good. There was a local crowd playing pool and having a good time. We will go back.
Me and my wife and Dorothy Myers stopped in to have lunch we had the Philly steak sandwich and Dorothy had a hamburger with deep fried onion chips... Basically you cut the onion in a flower type way and then you slice it then you dip them in batter and then you deep fry them and they're really good...
My wife and I stumbled upon this bar while traveling in the area. The sun had gone down and my wife was in need of a restroom. I noticed the sign shining in the night and pulled off the road and into the city of McGrew. The pink palace is truly pink. There were quite a few cars parked around the building for a town that maybe has 100 people so we knew this place must be popular. We entered and grabbed a couple of seats at the bar. The bar was very busy due to the Friday night...
