Food is good, especially the pork fajitas and the cóctel de camarones. Good portions, we all left full. The staff is well mannered and efficient. Very clean interior. Only downfall is there is no windows on the building so it’s seems a little dark.
Wheelchair accessibility: Rant at front entrance and lots of space between tables.

Best Restaurant in Beatrice! Salsa is unbelievable good! Great menu and friendly staff. Love their service!
Vegetarian options: Most menu items can be customized to accommodate a wide range of dietary selections.
Dietary restrictions: With Mexican cuisine there's something for everyone and they are very accommodating and will customize your order.
Parking: Out front parking available.
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly atmosphere!
Wheelchair accessibility: There doesn't appear to be any obstacles in getting inside and the tables are very accommodating.

The food looks good I might have to go there and try it
I feel like this place means well. The salsa is thick, chunky, and flavorful. However, service was very slow. After people left, their tables were left dirty for the remainder of our dinner. Times are tough and hard to find people to work, but cold food, "Eye of the Tiger" and "Pretty Woman" playing in the background, and non-melted cheese in a quesadilla does not fit the atmosphere of a Mexican restaurant. Hopefully it was just an off night.

I had two enchiladas, the meat was good, but the tortillas had barely some type of “sauce” on top that look more like smashed boiled tomato with no flavor at all and had just a tiny bit on top, it had some “sour cream” with no flavor. It was more like a lightly fried tortilla and all soggy. Husband had some head tacos and he said the meat tasted like it was starting to get spoiled. (Hoping he doesn’t get sick) Son had some carne asada tacos and they were ok. Service was okay.

Pleasant surprise! This was our first time ever eating at Beto's and we were not disappointed! Upon walking in I became a little nervous because there weren't many people in the restaurant. I was hoping that wasn't a testament to the quality of their food. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant by the friendliest person quite possibly in the world. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The chips and salsa were DELIGHTFUL! The salsa has such a nice flavor and texture and stands far above any salsa served at other Mexican restaurants we've tried, and trust me, as a lover of Mexican food, I eat it often. My fiancé got a fajita that was sizzling so perfectly when it was delivered, I almost regretted not getting one myself. He was incredibly pleased with his meal. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla and it was delicious as well! The refried beans were not a pile of mush like at other restaurants, though I'll admit I like the "mush" too. One thing that surprised us was the rice wasn't the typical "spanish rice" you get at other restaurants. It seemed like it may have been Jasmine Rice with peas and corn in it. If you go to Mexican restaurants for the Margaritas, you won't find them here. That's the only thing I can say that might reflect negatively on them. They don't serve alcoholic beverages, but we didn't mind at all. From the food to the atmosphere, we were very pleased with our first visit to Beto's. We WILL be back!!
