Holy smokes. Her food is bomb, all together. The green beans taste amazing. Her beans are just as good as my mother in laws garden green beans and that is saying a LOT.

I have had Colleen's food both hosting and attending various events and people always get excited when they hear she is catering. I don't think you could go wrong with a single item on her menu. Tons of variety and always amazing quality, but I have to say she absolutely hit it out of the park with the food for our wedding reception. Colleen and her staff were prompt, efficient, professional, and most of all, the food was incredible. She is so great at what she does, and we got so many compliments from the guests. From the planning process to the clean up after the meal, Colleen took care of everything and made it so easy. I can't recommend her highly enough for any event- I'd give her more stars if I could!

We hired Colleen to cater our wedding in July. We liked her from the first time we met her. She was easy to work with and very accommodating for what we wanted, plus her prices are very reasonable. Her staff were friendly and flexible. Even though the timing of the day ended up differing slightly from what we had originally told her because of how things went earlier in the day, dinner still ran smoothly and she adjusted easily and without complaint. Even with being slightly over salted, the food was delicious and we had several guests tell us how much they enjoyed the meal. We would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for a caterer!
