Manger yelled at me while trying to park my car not only that very horrible customer service. Very rude behavior. This is not the only time this has happened many people have the same complaint. Try and be a little nicer if peopel dont no were to go. Its CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REASON

Came in to pick up dinner and just wanted to shout out to the night crew working tonight (7/2). You guys did a wonderful job. There was quite a few people there and it looked like you guys were kinda shorthanded but you all kept your cool and got business taken care of. I had went to my local KFC last night for supper and first thing I noticed was horrible costumes service had staff standing around on there phone and very rudely took my card. got my food and drink home and dit get the right drink with on of my meals and second I got two 8 piece nugget meals and it each of those only got 4 nuggets… just very disappointe…

I visited this KFC with a friend. It's not the first time I have been here, but I thought I'd write a review this time. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. There were no customers when we entered, so we were helped right away. (Saturday around noon)I ordered the Sticky Chicky Saucy Nuggets and my friend had a 2 piece meal. It didn't take long to get our food. I love the Saucy Nuggets. I had the Korean BBQ and Georgia Gold flavors in Lincoln. The Sticky Chicky flavor was excellent. My friend had a coupon, so he got a good deal on the 2 piece meal. I enjoyed my meal here and I recommend this location.

I go through weekly. Almost everytime there is a 15-30 minute wait from ordering to getting your food and that usually includes having to pull around to the parking lot that you have to cross hwy 77 just to get back into . And then half of the workers are rude acting like you buying food is the most annoying thing on earth. They even make comments as you drive around to sit in the parking lot for another 5 mins. I will hand it to the lady who brought the food out and apologized for the wait. That's the first time.
