We’ve went to the location a few times and have been disappointed more than I can say satisfied. I ordered a mikes hot honey combo, and received a 3 piece combo instead. The chicken also was undercooked and breading was soggy. I also received no napkins or butter and honey for the biscuits. I ordered online, and arrived when it said it was ready through the app, and waited an additional 20 minutes for a mikes 3 piece and a chicken sandwich. There’s been times I have to wait up to 45 minutes for my food which is usually ordered online ahead of time 9 times out of 10. Truly haven’t had a great experience and wouldn’t recommend visiting this location.

Manger yelled at me while trying to park my car not only that very horrible customer service. Very rude behavior. This is not the only time this has happened many people have the same complaint. Try and be a little nicer if peopel dont no were to go. Its CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REASON

Got a 12 piece nugget 3 tiny pieces made it 11 and the little bit bigger pieces were under cooked will never ever buy chicken here the guy taken my money was rude ugly and smells
Came in to pick up dinner and just wanted to shout out to the night crew working tonight (7/2). You guys did a wonderful job. There was quite a few people there and it looked like you guys were kinda shorthanded but you all kept your cool and got business taken care of. I got my order in a timely manner and the food was delicious! 😋
