We waited at counter for 10 minutes to get our order in. Took 20 minutes to get it. They forgot a couple items went up to counter and walk right pass you. They were more busy with the drive through. Men's bathroom was nasty. Had hair all over it .. The eating area was clean. Maybe make this fast food place with just 1 drive through? And have a couple employees take care of the front. Not all on the drive through.

Do not waste your time or money coming here. The bathroom was filled with about 30 flies, the fountain was moldy and it had fruit flies all over it. On top of everything else we had to wait for like 20 minutes

Worst Mcdonalds, there were 2 full fly strips in the in the men's bathroom with more flying around, the drink fountain had fruit flies covering it, not only that but it emitted this foul odor that smelt rotten, it was covered in mold where the ice dispensed, the soda came out flat with a foul taste, and they didnt include my whole order they missed my condiments. Overall this is the most poorly maintained McDonald's I have ever stepped foot in

Order a few things in a mobile order. They forgot 70 % of it. What was left was burnt to a crisp. This should never happen and should lead to repercussions because this is just laziness of the staff.
I like going here for a break from cooking for the family. The food is cheap if you order value items and use the app. The double cheeseburger and Mcchicken are buy 1 get 1 free, so we usually get those. My main complaint is there's at least 1 mistake every time. So I have to check every sandwich before I leave to avoid having to come back. On the bright side, they're always more than willing to remake mistakes and occasionally they'll throw in a free drink or pie.

It okay in comparison to other restaurants in the areas, but I been going to McDonald's in Elkhorn, and there is a night and day different; especially in quality. I pull in the drive thru in Elkhorn, it feels like I get my food in 3 minutes, when I go to Beatrice, it feels like 13 minutes. I was so used to Beatrice McDonald's, I was surprised that each time I go to Elkhorn, my sandwich seem to made perfectly. The point of this review is that Beatrice McDonald's need to make lot of improvement to be considered good. It is a easy option, but a bad option in the town. With the wait time, might as well cook something at home.
