This location is not good at all, don’t ever expect friendly service or a positive attitude when you drive through. After being told they didn’t have any OJ I asked if it the machine was broken the young lady had to ask if it was…super weird then when I went up to pay no dialogue, no manners just took my card and collected payment. I told her thank you and she looked me dead in the face and shut the window. McDonald’s in Beatrice is one of the worst I have ever seen, just read some of the other reviews google has on here

I don't know how you stay in business. You have two employees cussing like sailors and management standing right there listening and don't do anything about it. The whole restaurant can hear them. I thank God my wife and children weren't with me. What's happened to this place. I'll never come back and especially with my family
This has got to be the most pathetic McDonald’s I’ve been to and that’s saying something. There is nothing fast about this place. I waited damn near 25 minutes for 2 single burgers and fries. Then the burgers were the sloppiest excuse for food I e seen and the fries were as cold as my drink! Stay away. Runza across the street is a better choice!

Last night me and my daughter went in for her birthday, never again. The guy at the counter was rude, didn’t speak clearly or loud enough. He didn’t give me a cup when I went up front to tell him he just gestured to the cups without pointing out which one was the right one, so I don’t even know if I got the right one I paid for. If you are going to work the counter you should be friendly and speak at a clearly and at a volume that can be heard. Very upset, unacceptable
This place is so trash the service is terrible I would rather get some service from some crackhead on the old side of the road took so long I almost fell asleep and the food is cold not hot after I waited 30 damn minutes this ain’t rocket science.

There was only one woman in line in front of me with no one else in the entryway. The cashier took the order of the woman in front of me and then walked away from the counter. I stood there for about three minutes while 4 people walked in and started putting their orders in kiosk. The employee that walked away then said, "I'll be there in a minute." After waiting 5 minutes, I realized that I had effectively been ignored and that 4 people's orders had been places ahead of mine. If you go here, don't bother trying to order at the counter. Just go to the kiosk.

Sat in line for 20 minutes at 8:30pm and when we finally got to the window the girl taking money had a major attitude!
Crap as always. Update years later. Walk In and the place is disgusting. Had to ask for a rag to wipe my own table. Come in and a cooks mouth is swollen with Infection and loudly cussing n complaining about it with customers (who came in to visit and not order) . Floor is trashed. Idk why I came back here.

Restaurantji Recommends
Drive thru orders are seldom correct and the manager was rude when I brought it to her attention.
Ok positives 1st, the lobby was clean. It was quiet.
I ordered 1 thing a sm Carmel frappe. Cost under 4 bucks. I waited 20 minutes before I finally asked what the hold up was. Finally told espresso machine was done. Honestly dont think they planned to tell me that. I was then given a plain coffee instead. There is a huge difference between these 2 things. Now they did put 1 pump of creamer. But it was disgusting and hot. Plus I was not given a refund or even a refund for the price difference on the drinks.
I moved back in September and have been to mcdonalds now 4 times. This was my last. People are rude and don't seem to care. My food on previous orders were cold or just plain wrong.
I do not recommend!

Have I a story for y'all. It was a Sunday afternoon with a moderate amount of traffic at the drive thru. I had just ordered some five dollar meal deals for me and the fam. I got up to the first window and paid the cashier. I ain't saying McDonald's is a gold digger but it sure takes your money like one. I got up to the second window and was instructed to pull forward. I did so and pulled up behind another patient customer. We set for a few minutes and I tell you I was starting to feel like Davy Crockett at the Alamo; I was feeling an awful bit forgotten and uncertain. After about 20 minutes of waiting, the fellow in the car ahead of me got out and walked inside. He was steaming more than the Polar Express. He had a Denver Broncos hat on, too, so his Sunday was probably already in flames. He came back out a few moments later and not long after that came his order. I felt inspired. I went inside and asked about the whereabouts of my food. In the time I stood there waiting to be helped I had developed a plan to put out an amber alert for my missing order. I thought the staff was having an ice cream social back there with how much unproductive talking was taking place. I knew better though because the machine was prolly broken still. Nobody came to help til a guy who was in line behind me came to to the rescue even though he was an off-duty employee. McDonald's needs to give that man a raise. He told me he had no idea where my order was. I walked out to the car, stewed over my next move, then walked back inside and reapproached the counter. This time the manager was there. Thank goodness I thought the captain went down with the ship. I asked for a refund and while receiving it the guy who helped me the first time came and complained that he and his buddy's burgers were both raw... This was not a good experience and I won't be back. Standards are crucial not just in business but also in teamwork. There was a strong lack of standards here and it is a crying shame. Even when one person is steering the ship through the icebergs and nobody is there to help them, the ship will surely sink. Special shout-out to Sonic for healing my broken stomach and following through with service like any restaurant should.
