We come here 1-2 Times a month. Every single time we get great waiters and waitresses and the food is the most freshest you can get hot and delicious. We enjoy every time we come eat here. Keep up the amazing work!!!

they were all very helpful and very kind. the food was delicious shoutout to the cooks! the place was bery clean and up to standards. it was very quiet and very fast service. they read back everything, gave deals, sweet talking and very very very respectful. the managers are even more helpful when people need help. the cook even came out to bring food when everyone was busy! it is a wonderful welcoming place where everyone helps out. i would definitely recommend and im definitely coming back. shoutout to everyone there. thank you for everything you guys have done and being young respectful people!!

Garlic parm boneless wings gave me food poisoning, and the cheese breadsticks weren’t even cut. My coworker a couple days later had the same experience.
I’m food safety certified. I’ve gotten food poisoning from the wings before in a different state, and I believe that due to lack of food safety training for crew members is resulting in this issue. Managers shouldn’t be the only ones with certification when they aren’t the only ones handling the food. I’ve worked in food service for years and I’m sure this is because lack of training.
Other than the food poisoning, the wings were great. The cheese sticks were fine, though it was frustrating that they weren’t cut.

Dined in, amazing service and food, we had such a great time. Pizza Huts stuffed crust is to die for, we love it so much. Alex is an excellent server! He is extremely polite, helpful, and super friendly. Thank you Pizza Hut Beatrice, we will be back! Long live the dine-in Pizza Huts!

The staff, in store managers, and food are amazing. The problem I have is the district manager. He abuses his power like crazy. He treats the female employees worse when he goes in, lowers the employees morale, and recently had the claw machinea removed from every single Pizza Hut location around. The claw machine was for a young girl with autism. He called the man who owns them and yelled at him to get them out of all his stores or he'll throw them away, so the guy who owns them had to go to every single Pizza Hut location around to pick up every single claw machine. He needs to be fired and replaced if he isn't going to start doing his job right

It was the worst pizza we have ever had anywhere. We've never had a "cardboard" pizza that was this bad! We ordered a large supreme take-out on 03/09/2025 at 6:15 PM. There was little or no sauce, very little cheese, over cooked, and had minimal toppings. I only wish I had opened the box before traveling 10 miles to finally see what junk we were given. I would have asked for my $23.91 back at that time. It's amazing that you are still in business when you sell food like this.

Our family of 6 stopped to dine in early Sunday evening 2/16. It wasn't busy inside (only 3 tables including us) but the phone rang nonstop. The gentlemen serving us was the only person working out front. He mentioned they were short staffed, and we could tell, but he did a great job regardless. He was polite and apologized repeatedly for the wait on the food. Other than having to wait over 40 minutes for food, it was a decent. Food order was correct, hot, and good. Bathrooms could use some attention.
