When we ordered our food all the clerk did was ask any thing else after each item. She didn’t let us order our food like you actually would one thing was ordered and before we could continue anything else. The food tasted like rubber thanks to them using the warmers. What ever happened to fresh fast food?

Our wait before even ordering was 18 mins with almost nobody else here!!!! Pulled into a stall like many do to be told that the wait would be a few minutes despite the only other customers arriving behind us. They went on to serve several people through the drive-thru before we had to remind them we were waiting. Absolutely terrible service!!!

Pulled in and heard multiple times that it’s going to be awhile before we can take another order. There was a small line inside and a few cars outside so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Probably took another 15-20 minutes for her to finally let us give her our order. Food came out another 10 minutes after that. She was still giving that line one we pulled out. I saw at least 3 people in the kitchen so I’m skeptical that they were legitimately that overwhelmed. 90% of the stalls were free and only a couple people were inside.

Food was fine, bathroom was disgusting when my wife and daughter took a bathroom break while we waited.

Very slow service (apparently understaffed - 3 people on a Friday night). After about 30min, I got my ultimate meat & cheese burrito it seemed about 50% the normal size

The person taking our order was very rude and not professional. We have had negative experiences with most Sonics we have been too and were hoping this experience would be better. The staff management may need better training overall. The fries were cold .

Just picked up my lunch through the drive-through Via online ordering. Got home and meat and cheese are burnt and black. Not worth my time and money to drive back for a refund. Whoever is flipping burgers could have seen that they messed up the order and threw out the burnt patty. If this is what they try to pull off on customers, this will be the last time I go to Sonic.

We were so disappointed. The food was okay, like fast food. The girl at the window was less than pleasant. We bought a lemonade for $4, and it was at least 3/4 ice. We asked them to dump out much of the ice and full it with lemonade. She dumped out about 1/8 cup and added a bit more lemonade. What a rip-off! AND they charged 69 cents for a small cup of tap water. Crazy!

Told there would be a 30 minute wait while they get caught up before I even ordered.. Food is good when I get it wait times are ridiculous!!

I’ve had a few bad experiences here now. The first time I came to the drive thru and waited 5 minutes for someone to answer. Now this time, I tried to use a stall pushed a button waited ten minutes at like 8pm which is a very reasonable nonbusy time, had no answer, tried the drive thru, there was a line, nobody answered, my kids started to get upset and had to leave. If you need food just go somewhere else they don’t care about your business here unfortunately

If I could give zero starts I would. Waited 5 minutes and pushed button twice because screen reset just to be told it would be at least 15 minutes just to TAKE thw order amd not even make it!! Hire more freakin people!!
