They open at 8am. Got to store exactly 15minutes after they opened. Proceeded to watch them not take anyone’s order ahead of me and people left. I pull up wait 10 min then leave. Saw people inside. Very unprofessional to not be ready at open time

2 women in the back waited 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us. Order for 5 people was 55 and food was dry and had no taste Noone liked it and grandkids will eat anything but saddest thing was a couple came in and stood at the counter over 15 minutes and left watche many cars leave without their food. Woefully understaffed , someone needs to step us and stream line the way they do business. Watched as would take food out and then have to come back inside to make change and then take it back to same customer. Was our last visit to this location and we enjoy sonic food.Update, followed up with the link they provided and after quite a while I was told without a receipt, too bad. She never gave us a receipt assumed it would be with the food when it came out. It wasn't and wasn't able to ever get anyone to help us again as they never came to the lobby area.

They are very slow and will not pay attention to the drive-thru. Most places will tell you they will be with you in a minute, but this Sonic just ignores you. If you go inside, they'll say they'll get to you in a minute. Then ignore you for 10 minutes. Absolutely not worth the wait given the quality of the food and service.
They had 3 people working but only the girl was doing anything. She said in a sarcastic tone that she would get to.me when she could and told one of the two men standing around doing nothing that she was only 1 person and she didn't care. No idea why the other 2 were doing nothing or why she was giving such poor customer service. You can see they were slammed by the number of order tickets on the printer (plus 6 on trays on the counter), but again only 1 of the 3 employees were actually trying to do anything.

When we ordered our food all the clerk did was ask any thing else after each item. She didn’t let us order our food like you actually would one thing was ordered and before we could continue anything else. The food tasted like rubber thanks to them using the warmers. What ever happened to fresh fast food?

Our wait before even ordering was 18 mins with almost nobody else here!!!! Pulled into a stall like many do to be told that the wait would be a few minutes despite the only other customers arriving behind us. They went on to serve several people through the drive-thru before we had to remind them we were waiting. Absolutely terrible service!!!

Pulled in and heard multiple times that it’s going to be awhile before we can take another order. There was a small line inside and a few cars outside so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Probably took another 15-20 minutes for her to finally let us give her our order. Food came out another 10 minutes after that. She was still giving that line one we pulled out. I saw at least 3 people in the kitchen so I’m skeptical that they were legitimately that overwhelmed. 90% of the stalls were free and only a couple people were inside.
Food was fine, bathroom was disgusting when my wife and daughter took a bathroom break while we waited.
