We ordered the nachos chicken nachos, and there was one piece of meat on there and there was not too many chips. We just have to go over to Jimmy John’s where they give you plenty of food for your money and then we got there and it was not ready so we won’t be back

Picked up a couple of items that were ordered. The order was ready at the set pickup time and staff acknowledged me. We usually love what we get there but not this time. The bread for my cold cut trio was starting to get hard as if it had been made quite some time before. Same with the flat bread on my wife's wrap. It was stiff and fell apart as she was trying to eat it. Most of the flatbread ended up in the trash. Have reservations about ordering from there again. Will have to try the new Jimmy John's across the street.

Just got a BLT that was mostly mayo. The worker that made my sandwich had worked there the longest out of the 5 people working. There’s this thing called ratio and y'all should have it figured out by now. I’d give that mayo and vinegar sandwich a -6 out of 10.

If they had a zero star option I would pick it. There bathroom was very dirty with having a used condom used by the employees. In reach for children to be able to grab. There portions for vegetables were very small and there vegetables looked like they have been sitting out for a while. There store in general was very dirty. I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SUBWAY AND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.
